OMG!  Nic, right before you said it, I was thinking to myself, "With the eye makeup, this lovely girl looks like Mary-Kate or Ashley Olsen!" That is funny that I am seeing the resemblance, as well.

Question- Do folks in the UK have their prom in the fall/winter season? Here in the U.S, we always have prom in the spring, generally around April or May.

Hey Pixiwoo , im very pale skinned too like Kaylee , could you maybe recommend a lower priced foundation than MAC that do lighter shades for me because all the foundations i look at are sometimes too dark . Thank you

@aoibhoo The Natural Touch Foundation from Gosh is less than 16£, and they do a shade called "Pearl" (number 32) which I use -- and I practically glow in the dark, that's how pale I am. I really have trouble finding light enough shades. Works great for me!

@aoibhoo I'm pale but olive skinned and I use Revlon Photoready in vanilla. That cost about £14. My partner is pale, but has pinked toned skin. She uses the palest shade of Clinique liquid foundation. That cost about £20. I don't know whether these are any cheaper than Mac, but you get a flawless finish and they last AGES, so good value for money.
