I can easily see how this could happen to somebody. In these large garages you could spend your whole life looking for your car and then die and now your ghost has to carry on the task. What a cruel fate.

Look at the zoom in at 1:58. It is obviously a person dressed up. You can see different colored shades for where their feet are and of course the vibrant black hair.

I live in Japan, and this was already proved to be fake.

There NO cameras in car parks here at that level. (head level).

The 'ghost' was filmed earlier and then layered onto the footage of the car park.

Japanese ghost captures are often faked and all have the same theme of being scary in a particular way.
