Again Mr.Choo., I really like your video's. I'd like to live there one day. I'm so far from being able to afford a house in this great L.A area (I probably can't afford the worst LA area lol) but looking at your video's is always a great motivation to follow our dreams... So I hope will do business together one day. Now I'll stop watching youtube video's and I'll get back to work (until I need more motivation again) :-) cheers
YOUR KNOWLEDGE IS VERY VASTE OF ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR REAL ESTATE, LANDSCAPE AN CONTRUCTION (TILES SIZES, FIREPLACE MANTELS ETC.) KNOWLEDGE. I'D HIRE YOU.! :)
@THEHUNK8 - Do you mean narrow? Most streets around los angeles are narrow cause it's an old town, full of history. Its steep hills, deep canyons and a confusing layout promised privacy, but the large trees that line the streets now were only saplings then, so I'm sure there was a more open feeling.
Beautiful neighbor hood, nice video as well an in person can't help but fall in love with B.A... The house are beautiful and the landscapes are peaceful
@Christophechoo OK, good! Well i'm not much of a business interest for you, because i live in Holland, but I enjoy your videos nevertheless just to get a nice ground view perspective of the BH area.
Think you hit something here, never seen these kind of 'guided tour' videos by other realtors yet. Perhaps a few shots of the town center at most. Very nice service, keep it up!
Man, I'd love to own one of those houses (EVEN one of the $1.4 Million ones Lol). Your job seems pretty sweet, I want to be a successful real estate agent one day (I assume that's what you are). Nice video. Mark, England
i soooo wish i could live in california, always been a dream of mine, its always sunny and i love the american culture. maybe one day i might be able to live there. until then i will have to put up with depressing england
@rollinonice Not too many surgeons can afford these houses. But you could be one of the top in the world and then you can buy pretty much whatever you want!

@rollinonice There are surgeons who can afford to buy a home in Bel Air. I disagree with this guy. I'm the son of a surgeon and my aunt was a urologist and she lived in Bel Air while training at UCLA in Westwood. You can definitely become a multi-millionaire, even a billionaire in health care depending on how hard you work with patients, research, and outside money management and investment.
@rollinonice Not to mention that California is a pretty good place to practice medicine because the malpractice rates are fairly low due to pretty good tort liability reform. It is intensely competitive however in the urban areas.
@luisalu734 We have a lot of workers that come into the area everyday to maintain these large estates and hence the not so nice cars on the street. LOL!

So I guess nothing in Bel Air is under a million dollars
Punjabi4rmCALI 4 months ago
@Punjabi4rmCALI There are occasionally homes for sale in certain parts of Bel Air under $1 million but not the streets where this video was taken.

VERY NICE, SOMEONE MUST HAVE A CAR 24/7 IN ORDER TO LIVE HERE.
IT"S SO QUIET, SO CLEAN AND SO FANCY.
THE WEALTHY DEFINETLY LEAVING THE FANTACY LIFE.
ciel222 5 months ago
@ciel222
No, not a car 24/7 but a car and driver or a limo service on speed dial.
Especially if you like to party as you can never do alcohol (& etc.) and drive.
.
Just get everything delivered; no need to go out of the house.
A great life !
