@gotmituns I can utter no words in objection to the unification of chinese dissidents, victims and the Tibetan community. It's not a single struggle . It's collective and that is how the things should go.We are in such that we ask for help blindly:why be desperate for the unheard support while what we have within ourselves is strong and determined like no other. We are all so neighbouring absorbed in the same ideology then why go far seeking for long-waited support?
@ChinaKillsTibetans This is of international importance : Tibetans, Turkestians,Mongolians,,Falun Gong,Chinese,Burmese........South east asians, that 20 million communist's victims should unite for one cause to withstand and outstand the PRC's humanitarian diabuse. This is our advantage of having many brotherhood and this should be taken as a positive point to our cause to implement a major change in today's context.
The most dangerous thing in this unipolar world is that China is emerging as a military superpower. Even US is not able to contain it and this immense power of China is threat to entire world, most importantly the South East Asia.
To my dismay UN is playing in the hands of VETO nation. I think in this world UN has no place to exist.
Don't hope for help from the United Nations, my friend - they were founded by devout Communists (Alger Hiss, et al), and to this day promote Communist ideals throughout the world. They are an organization that's only interested in one thing: Global Communist Rule under the UN. To them, we are all "chattle"....
Also don't forget the ignored forgotten but great Turkic-Uyghurs.
(Did you know that ACUPUNKTURE was found by the ancient UYGHURS? Never believe to the systematical anti-Turkic/pro-China WEST propaganda, media and FAKED history books.
No, just carve out the part that's not part of China in the first place. Chinese have been exploiting Tibet & Tibetan people for nearly 60 years. The intentional movement of Han-Chinese into Tibetan territories is designed to fulfill their goal to make Tibet appear as though it has always been Chinese. The truth is at the time of the invasion only a handful of permanent Chinese residents in Tibet. Why? Because Tibet is not part of China. Tibetans are not Chinese, never have been or will be.
He and many other Tibetans will be well aware of the risks they are taking. But many Tibetans are so annoyed about what is happening in Tibet that they put their lives on the line.
Tibetans know when they do peaceful protests in Tibet that they risk getting shot dead.
i get that they are okay with revealing their identities(brave souls) and that it's important to show their faces to get the message across that these are real Tibetans frustrated with the Chinese govt but still..if i was the one releasing this video..i would feel so torn and guilty about revealing their faces to the general public considering that the consequences are fatal. i have no clue how u guys do it...
I'm not a Tibetan. At least the older Tibetans have had a few years to be around. I feel sorry for the young nuns who end up committing suicide in prison, because they can't deal with the horrific torture they are exposed to.
wow.that's commendable that despite not being a tibetan yourself, you've put in so much time and energy to the cause of human rights for the tibetan people. god bless you!
@heomak Good point. What a mixed emotion I feel about this. I am so sad and utterly frustrated with this problem. I am at such a loss. Is this brave or foolish? Or both?
please note that i'm not accusing you guys or anything of that sort...i'm just amazed at the courage of these beautiful people and astounded as to from where you've gotten the will to go ahead and release this despite the dangerous consequences that will come with it.
"Filmed in the Indian Himalayas and in Canada, A Song for Tibet tells the dramatic story of the efforts by Tibetans in exile, including the Dalai Lama, to save their homeland and preserve their heritage against overwhelming odds. Since the invasion of their territory by China in the late 1950s, Tibetans have been struggling for cultural and political survival."
Tibetans and Chinese people should unite and overthrow the communist demon, only then peace will occur.

Chinese people are not free either. Under Communist rule no one is free.

It bewilders my mind that there's still so many people in this world that still think that communism is the answer to the worlds problems!
Humans never seem to learn, they continue to try the same things again and again and still get the same results.

Come ON, China! If you don't want to let Tibet be independent, at least let them be free!

Do you have any idea what it was like in Tibet before China took over?
95 percent were slaves in Tibet. You know what the conditions were like for the slaves?
