  • i still miss this man till this day,LONG LIVE HIGH VOLTAGE ROCK N ROLL

  • I've honestly been an AC/DC fan my whole life and I've already learned more in-depth personal things about Bon Scott from these 6 minutes than ever before---loved to hear those old recordings, so awesome!

  • 8:34 is rossie the biggest woman that bon fornicated! ajajajaj

  • Ozzy and Bon are both amazing vocalists. Bon was a more blues type vocalist. Ozzy is a more metal type. Both are great.

  • ma è vero o no di sto' film sull immenso bon scott?spero nn sia 1 presa x il culo.

  • BonScotts music isn't amongst ac/dc's finest, it is ac/dc's finest

  • \m/ AC/DC FOREVER \m/

  • xoxoxo Bon Bon

  • My left ear really enjoyed this :/

  • Ceased to be AC DC after the passing of Bon...

  • best vocal in ac/dcno more ...

  • Rock n Roll was never the same after Bon left us!

  • my best singer of all time rip.

  • He used to be with the Spektors and they used to play @ Medina Youth Club. Me and my friends were the original groupies and kissed all the band!! Very daring in those days! hugs to remaining group members..still have the memories..we thought you were SO HOT!!! x♥

  • @lilythepink2u You were a groupie?did you know Rosie

  • i do solemly swear I dont listen to anything.....On a stack of freakin bibles... I MEAN ANYTHING else but AC/DC, and on another note he died 10 days before i was born and i didnt know he was gone untill i actually heard ,shook me all night long when i was 12 or 13 and if i could go back in time i would have saved him from dying........! AC/DC for EVER!

  • @huthicle wow mate, get real

  • i had the pleasure of seeing AC/DC at the santa cruz civic in '75 it was awesome

  • @TheAURIEMMA great version of too far gone

  • We miss you BON!!! Ride on in heaven!!

  • @bomber88x

you're kidding? Sebastian Bach? Lemmy? Ok Jagger has cred. Ozzy yea maybe. Bon wipes em all.

  • just wish i coulda had the privilege to see them in concert with bon

  • @mcblubbernugget Bon never died. God just wanted to learn how to sing :)

  • @mcblubbernugget saw him in 79"

  • That was my wedding song in scotland - Long way to the top - !!

  • Interviewers would ask him "So Bon are you the AC or the DC?", & he'd reply, "I'm neither...I'm the lightning bolt in the middle!" Like all the truly great artists before & since, Bon had that EXTREMELY rare blend of charisma, talent & intent. He told the truth. Whatever he sang about, I had no doubt he'd already done or was gonna go out & do after the gig. I introduced his music to my kids at an early age so they now have a yardstick by which to measure the real stuff from the bullshit!

  • @rarch1968 One time a guy asked him that in the bathroom and Bon told him that same answer, and knocked him out

  • Bon isn't dead because legends don't die. :)

  • God needed a vocalist to front his band of Jimi, Keith and finally John

  • he changed my view at life so much!life your life as you want to!

  • legents dont die

  • l dedicate the great song we are the champion from the great freddie mercury to the great bon scott. the two best frontman in the history of rock n roll.

  • @parislanes Im a HUGE Queen fan. Freddie was one of the greatest front men ever and Queen fit together perfect. Bon Scott was also so unique in what he did. AC/DC worked perfect together too.

  • @MartynTheSpartyn Right you are.. there will never be better frontman... although i do love a long list of other bands. Cheers

  • Bon Scott is the greatest Rock n' Roll frontman that has ever lived! He is Bon Scott, He is Rock n' Roll!

  • Greatest Rock N Roll frontman of ALL-TIME!!!

  • love u Bon

  • Its a long way to the shop if ya wanna sausage roll!

  • @ilovebonscott bon scot was probably 5 foot 1. his involvemnet in ACDC was just compensating for small dicky. i don't gknow what ur getting worked up about and who is tinnie tempag lol. he a friend or ures?

  • @flaminglovestick, you obviously haven't seen many pictures of Bon, he was extremely well endowed

  • @bnzwmn He put socks in his pants you fool, it's in one of these documentaries!

  • @scumgod13 , Bon didn't need socks, he was telling others what they could do to look as big as he did naturally. Just look at the pictures, you can tell it's all Bon

  • @bnzwmn BON SCOTT IS GOD! let's get that straight first. But just watch part 3 of this documentary you'll see that Old man talks about walking in on him shoving a sock full of sand down his pants. When asked about it he just laughed and said the Chicks love it!

  • @flaminglovestick

    fuck you

  • i can sing better than bon scot, LOL!

  • @flaminglovestick hahahaha you r fuckin funny

  • bon scot is dead. lmao. what a loser. `excessive alcohol consumption' lol. what a UCKING LOSER if u disagree why don't u tell me about it on my page. u faggot wholistens to bond scott

  • @flaminglovestick You fucken retard ... fuck you he's a legend!!!

  • @XceNiK i am a legend 2. a legend in my own lunchbox

  • The ONE & ONLY! The ultimate voice of AC/DC!

  • you the best-1

  • his birthday was the same as mine i feel great the i share the same birthday with a legend

  • He's on tour with Ronnie James Dio and Hendrix

  • There was only one Bon Scott. His music lives on.

  • why do the best frontmen always die young?

Freddie Mercury, Bon Scott, Joe Strummer... :'(

  • I'll bet Maria Van Vlijmon was a hot redhead in her 20's. She is still an attractive MILF.

  • ACϟDC!!! MutherFuckers!!!

  • @Killuminati7Soldier How do you make the lightning bolt in AC/DC on a computer?

  • @LesPaulCustom79

    2 B Honest mate, I havent got a clue!

  • love rest in peace, thanks for the great Rock and Roll.

  • love

  • bon

    why?!

  • Great singer. A head of his time.

Check out Accept and others that have followed

  • Great singer. Lot of heart and much love for the rock!

A pioneer in my book. Look at bands like Accept, and Grave Digger

  • He was so badass.. R.I.P. Bon.

  • RIH- Rock In Hevean.

  • R.I.P- Rise If Possible

  • Honor your parents in yours days will be long on earth

  • rip brother fuck the world none will ever understand but us.....

  • Sad lay mised by Me and i never met him.

  • Bon Scott's tragic death - although not surprising - was very much a tragedy for the band and for ACϟDC fans. The tragedy was two-fold. Firstly Bon lost his life so needlessly, a death that could of so easily been prevented. Secondly, the band at that moment in time were on the very cusp of superstardom. Who knows where Bon, for all of his brilliant songwriting could have taken the band - perhaps to even greater heights than with Brian Johnson? We are only left to wonder. An utter tragedy

  • im still not over Bons death

  • what did he die of? was he gay ?

  • @jimpurdie

Is that joke? No he wasn't gay, not that he would have been any less awesome had he been.

    He REALLY liked women. :D

He died of an acute alcohol overdose. He didn't choke on his vomit either like some people claim (though John Bonham of Led Zep did).

  • @jimpurdie what the hell does him being gay have to do with anything? he still be a legend even if he was! besides like 80 percent of his songs have to do with banging women xD

  • @jimpurdie oh yes because you can die from being gay

  • @jimpurdie you must be a disco man liker and you think that all good people dies for aids or something like that

  • Comment removed

  • @jimpurdie Fuck off dude, fuck off.. :)

  • i beleave in the book ac/dc let there be rock bon had a pad with lyrics in it but that went to his parents coz the rest of the band said it was not theres to have or something like that and the band worth black in black with brain but im sure bon told them some ideas coz it also says bon was saying this album was gonna be the best album we make and he was really excited about the album which was black n black bit rusty on the book read it awhile ago sorry if im wrong

  • RIP Bon you are a LEGEND.

  • 0.43 "I tell you folks, it's harder than it looks"

    Magic!

  • charisma to the nth degree

  • I'm not a religious man but if there is a god look after this mans souls - a true legend! - long live rock and roll

  • AWSOME GUY I REMEMBER HE GOT CHARGED WITH A PETROL DRIVE OFF, JUST A TOP EVERY DAY DOWN TO EARTH GUY, RIP MATE :(

  • how could i get this on danish subtiles?

  • RIP bon scott ,a legend of rock.

  • Bon Scott! People die! Legends don't! ACϟDC forever! Rest and Rock in Peace!

  • @avalon665 bon writed much of the lyrics. it´s writed down in Maximal Rock N Roll: AC/DC.

  • The last song he played with the band was "Have a drink on me", quite ironically he died from drinking too much.

I would personally give my left nut to hear he sing "You shook me all night long" as well as other Back In Black songs.

RIP Bon. Thank you for bringing us unforgettable songs and the world's best rock band.

  • 8:29 HOLY SHIT, IT'S ROSIE!!!

  • Today is Bon's birthday he would have been 63.

  • Rock in peace Bon, we miss you!!!

  • ManfromMelbourne, I think you're spot on, what happened to Bon could easily have happened to anyone his age, most of us watching this video included, myself included.

  • Miss you Bon.

  • R.I.P Bon!!!

  • why is it no sound?

  • Beer gut and Noodle arms! Bon will never be forgotten! my hero

  • My dad's old teacher thought AC/DC stood for "against christ, devil's children."

  • Didn't he have some talent eh? A bit like Van Gough, who's paintings now sell for millions, no one gave a shit at the time- now people realise his talents.

A poet of the street, i think someone said. Still the guy got to the top, which is where he wanted to be.

  • bon! the lightening strike between AC DC

    love this man!!!

  • Everyone keeps saying Bon was better, or Brian is better. It just goes to show how little so called 'fans' actually know about the music they say they love so much. Its AC/DC. Its about the music, the everyday, the working class. Its not about the lead singer, or the guitarist, or the drummer. Its about music. Its that simple. Thats what AC/DC has always been about. The music. So shut up and listen. Enjoy it for what it is. Quite talking and listen.

  • I disagree with the comment below. Bon, like everyone in their 20s and 30s, liked to party in his spare time. We all eventually grow out of bad habits. Bon would have too, eventually. Unfortunately, for Bon, the night he died was just a case of bad luck on one particular night. It could happen to anyone at anytime. People like Ozzy, Keith Richards and Alice Cooper are very lucky that it didn't happen to them during their drinking days.

  • Bon had that Gene " Destroy yourself" like many other rockers.. there is nothing anybody could do, it was just a matter of time. The only hope for him is too live long enough too get wiser, but we know that didn't happen.

AC/DC was able too regroup, and Brian does a great job, the ticket and record sales proves it.

  • Bon was the King, he was the man of the world.

    Danm alcohol, killed him.

  • back in black sold itself it could have been the bands worst album ever yet still sold by the shed load.why because of bon scott and the many millions that bought the album as a tribute to him and the band.had he just left that album would never be the second biggest seller ever. And im an ac/dc fan past and present but that i believe is an undeniable fact.

  • where is the sound?

  • @jgm1967 the sound only works on the left channel

  • Youtube Documentary - They Sold Their Souls For Rock And Roll

  • Bon Scott #FTW!

  • The name AC/DC is created by Angus and Malcom's sister, the funny thing is that she have seen that in a vaccum cleaner ;),there are recordings with Bon Scott singing some of the songs of Back in Black album,Irishcrusader99@ Have a drink on me is created for the memmory of Bon Scott so he never sang that song!Anyway he is a rock'n'roll icon

  • monadikos...... mas leipeis

  • Brian is far better. His voice is stronger and more assertive.

  • HAH get the fuck out of here.

Brian Johnson is a solid frontman, but Bon Scott was THE greatest frontman of all-time. The man embodied rock n' roll, Brian Johnson is a stiff hahahaha.

  • It's a long to the shop, if you need some toilet roll.

  • If Bon would be alive, I think he would be bald.

Bon Scott, the best frontman ever!

  • AC/DC articulates everything it means to be an Australian: Good rock and roll, larykin attitude, but good decent down to earth and dont think their shit doesnt stink.

  • kick ass, he was the best

  • I read that 'AC/DC' in Australian slang stands for 'bisexual'. Is it possible 'AC/DC' refers to the androgynous glamrock era of 1972-1974 when they started up ? Anyway, Brian is great but Bon 's got more soul and naughty boyness

  • Yes he was something else he sure was.I had only known of him and the band for 2 years before he was gone and I do know its a very painful feeling when you lose the singer of your by far favorite band. if I could only choose 1 word to describe Bon it would be PERFECTION !

  • check this great song from trust on youtube .. trust your finale gig..

    very moving

  • Brian is a real violent and heavy singer. It was like he's attacking you with his voice, which is great by all accounts. But Bon was something else. The edge to his voice, so mystifying, cunning, dirty, and yet sexy. It was like he'd seduce you into a waltz with his voice and twirl you off a cliff edge.

  • Ok that was too harsh sendforththeman32 even though macnwhizz is wrong. I will never forget the tears when I heard on the radio just we lost him. Yes he was and will forever be the greatest singer they had. But Brian stepped in and did a fine job and still does VERY FINE ! I saw the first show Brian did in north america before the decent HA Back in Black came out and Brian blew my mind in his respect to Bon and immense talent he has. Nothing worth since Bon HA but yes I love and miss him .

  • @SaveCetaceansNOW dude reply to him

  • Because I have an opinion that differs from yours that makes me degenerate? Inbred? Dumb? Unfortunate? I think from what you have written you have just shown the world that is YOU that exhibits these qualities and not me.

  • I remember the first time I heard the band - the first few seconds of High Voltage - the riff and then Bon's voice. I was sold instantly. True, he gave them a real sense of humor and was a brilliant front man. Back in Black was a decent album but nothing of worth since then.

  • For Those About To Rock & Thunderstruck are classics amongst others

  • When Bon Scott died AC/DC lost their sense of humor...

  • Bon forever.

    Just 5/5 thanks. :-)

  • Bon - off to see the band tonight, wish you were still with us pumping out the tunes with the boys

  • bon you were the best rip love you

  • R. I. P.

    bon Scott,

still the singer of the band!!

  • alcohol is poison~ this is your warning~

  • But it's just so awesome!!!

  • Bon wir lieben Dich und werden Dich nie vergessen! Vor 30 Jahren Fan und immer noch Fan.

  • 30 years ago today Bon Scott passed away 2.19.1980 RIP

  • Happy 64th bithday Bon, Rock in Piece for ever!

  • R.I.P. BON! ILOVE YOU !!!

  • RIP Bon. You da man.

  • Let there be rock brother....

  • We miss you Bon. 30 years ago today. Rock in Peace brother.

  • long live bon scott! anniversary of his death today! the greatest rock n roll front man of all time!

    R.I.P. BON

  • Saw Ac/dc last night in sydney. Was awesome

    RIP BON

  • 2:17 ...i mean i know that show business is run by jews but i didnt think ACDC would have to pay any body to make it big...lol

  • RipBon - thanks for this post. It is fantastic. Singers don't have the balls he had any more. Johnny Rotten, Bon Scott, Iggy Pop, Alice Cooper, etc. Legends. Now we got Nickleback. Yikes.

  • i mean my mum n dad were born in belfast Ireland they move out over 32 years they call them self australian

  • he was techinayl australian becuse

    his family gaind citzenship

to australia which means he becomes aussie ACDC life

  • if you are in Sydney (australia ) on the 19th feb -2010 come down to the sandringham hotel in newtown @ 8.30pm and celebrate "the lightning bolt in the middle" a tribute to the great Bon Scott...all proceeds go to charity! all welcome

  • One of the most telling tributes to Bon I've ever heard was in an interview with Brian Jonhson in the early 90s. When asked what it was like to replace Bon Scott, he said "I never replaced Bon Scott, nobody ever could. It was always Bon's band and it always will be, I'm was just the new singer they hired."

  • i cant beleive how upset his ex missus still is, it shows how lovely bon really was

  • Bon Scott is the Hard Rock God!!!

  • Bon we are still missing you!

    R.I.P

  • Good for you!!

  • Australia`s greatest ever rock singer by far, and probably always will be.

  • Absolutely

  • SCOTLANDS greatest ever singer u mean!!!

  • Eh, he was Scottish mate!!

  • bon is not dead..........he's just getting it all ready for us when we get there

  • Why are people so shocked when someone abusing drugs and alcohol suddenly dies?? If these people truly CARED about Scott they would have been trying to get him help for his addiction, but no, they will just be shocked and go ontheir lives

  • He was getting help right before he died. No one can make an addict stop. The addict has to want to get better and they have to hit their own rock bottom to force themselves into recovery. Unfortunately, for a lot of people, including Bon, he died before he could hit that bottom.

  • No one ever gone on the record with Bon getting any help before he died. If anything those around him were hurting him... anyway, not a shocker that he died this way. Too bad and a big loss to the rock community, but not a shocker to those that know what drugs and alcohol will do.

  • listen people i dont like brian johnson much eather but it was malcom and angus' choice to hire johnson and do u think bon would have wanted his band to die with him??? NO he wouldnt he would hav wanted his band to live on after he died not died with him it would be more sad if a great AUSSIE rock bad died with the N1 vocalist in the world !!!!!!

  • Bon, the best ever, Brian can sing and perform but what happened to all the catchy sexy naughty lyrics? Was Bon. They havent done a good album since Back in Blk Who do you think wrote most of the lyrics on Back in Black? Bon when e died the band mangement went to his flat got his books. I say Bon wrote lines like: "you shook...night long" and "r & r aint noise pollution" I will stand corrected but I think the man was a true genius and should have got more credit for the lyrics on back in black

  • As much as I like Bon, the Young brothers have always said the lyrics on BIB were ALL Brian's and ther is no reason to not believe them.

  • @brettogorilla I know AC/DC did play " Have a drink on me" with Bon just days/weeks before he died, so Bon most likely did write that, and the back in black riff was done by malcolm before Bon had died , but wasn't used until later on because malcolm thought it was too heavy... I think Brian did write the lyrics to Back in Black (The actual song) because it doesnt seem a Bon kind of song to me... Let me put my love into you was another Bon idea

  • @irishcrusader99 there is recording with back in black with bon scott ;)

  • @AlexOyeah Are you sure of this? Its always been a rumour but both the Youngs denied it i believe... maybe its true but until i hear the recording that Bon did i will still assume Brian wrote the lyrics :)

  • @brettogorilla Your right, with the exception of a few good songs on the "For Those About To Rock" album. My buddies and I were 10-13 when Highway To Hell came out and thats when we all got into ACDC. I don't if you remember when Back In Black came out, but that album was about the biggest thing at the time, and shot their fan base 100x. What's sad is that I don't think a lot of the kids/new fan's even knew they had a new singer.

  • @brettogorilla i think black ice is really cool, don't u?

  • @brettogorilla Brian is just as important to AC/DC as Bon Scott was in fact he has actually done more. He opened a completely new door for them musically and brought in some of his own ideas and with that the created the power house anthem that is for those about to rock and thunderstruck. Yes Bon did indeed right some songs on back in black but not all of them brian added more lyrics to the songs than bon did. R & R aint noise pollution was written all by brian and hells bells.
