3) delete your facebook / orkut / twiter.

4) join a hobby class.(its important)

5) exercise a lot.

6) download a new game.

7) avoid watching films.

8) read a comedy.

Ok I see where is this going, Well for my advice is that first if she said something like "I wanna break up but I want to be friends" and if you dont know if you can, tell her that you need time to think or you just dont talk to her in anyway for like a couple of weeks.

Also I would write her a letter about your feelings about the break up and make sure you put everything down that had to do with it and send it to her.

mate be careful...just done same thing we were friends for few weeks then all of a sudden we decide it aint working and never to see or speak again....never felt so low in my entire life. The hope you build up, you fool yourself into thinking they starting to like you again...all im saying is its rare friends go back out again, theres a reason wise old people will tell you straight away to forget her and move on.

and no ones saying its easy, cos it fucking aint its near impossible
