Well first off that black smoke is particulate it falls to the ground and washs (unlike other fuels) away so for all those who are complaining about diesels polluteing the atmosphere your wrong

diesels make less greenhouse gas than gasoline engines do. but why do people complain about modified diesels but say nothing about gasoline race cars and trucks, much of the high octane race fuel used by gasoline engines is still leaded, but the fuel modified diesels use is the same stuff people buy at the pump. I'm not saying black smoke is harmless on the environment but I am saying gasoline engines are WAY worse! why do you think car companies are all going to diesel? cleaner and more MPG

and if your turbochargers are matched perfectly to your flow charachteristics then you will already be burning all the fuel you need to without the added cost and unreliability.

That's not true at all. You will never burn all of the fuel in your cylinder. It just won't happen. This guy is flowing plenty of air to go with all of that fuel.
