Clever idea for a sports show (chicks!), but don't use the sky as a background. While you're nothing to look at compared to the girls, it could be a lot better with the light in front of you. The "Edwards" shot later is too bright behind you, too. Then the chick talking about KC has all those bright windows behind her. Bright light behind + little light on the face = bad shot.

Most of the rest of the shots are much better. Just tryin' to help!
