The natural endorphin dopamine gives you motivation to do stuff and is mimicked by meth. Your body naturally produces the endorphin to make you go toward a goal. After years of use you just "go" because you're compelled to do something without either reason, purpose, or even an objective in mind. Plus the rotten teeth, sores, etc.
