alot of people say wrestling's gay. but wrestling has the hardest cardio and weightlifting and practicing than any other sport at the highschool level, college level, national and international level, and olympic level. so all you guys that say its gay you just use that as an excuse because you are too much of a bitch to do it. so go run your fucking mouth in front of a wrestler's face and see if you dont end up at the hospital

never be nervous just think about the match PS i'm a 7th grader wrestling for my 3rd year (2 in youth and this one in freshman) and I just earned a 1st place medal for the first time because I didn't do anythign stupid.

Dude below me dnt be scared today was my first practice match and i gotta say,not being cocky but im short 5'0 in the 96 division but as long as you have confidence you got nothing to worry about just get it in there and remember what you were taught, Btw wrestled two times today and won xD

I picked wrestling back up. Its my senior year of highschool. A lot of guys have been doing it. Just do what you learned. We just had a scrimmage on saturday. Its tough, but do what you know. Word of advice right after you shake hands, and i mean RIGHT after you do shoot in for a double leg takedown. they never expect it

odds are your team has a jv.. trust me its 100 times easier on there just be chill and do work then before you know it pins will come naturally stick with what you know and don't over think im a junior i wrestle 160
