The best all-around deck of cards would probably the Circle-Backed Tally Ho's. Of course, in terms of durability it's also important that you take good care of them—personally, we would recommend the Joe Porper card clip, as that one investment has allowed us to use the same deck for extensive periods of time, saving quite a bit of money in the process.

i have noticed you guys use bicycle cards. i use them too, but after a while, they go rather sticky and loose their 'glide'. is this meant to happen? its happened to me 3 times already

We totally understand where you're coming from, and unfortunately it is a common occurrence with practically any kind of deck.

Due to sweat, humidity, dirt, gremlins and other factors, the optimum flourishing conditions of a deck tend to deteriorate over time, making them lose the 'swank' feeling of a new deck when you first got them. There are ways to make a deck last longer in these regards, and we'll be covering those in our future Virt project—stay tuned!
