Yes, the thought of it is scary, and it isn't 'excruciating' pain but it just hurts like someone has punched your arm really hard, my best advice is to relax your arm, and sit like that for 3 seconds, simply the second it's in, the stuff is injected, the whole procedure took about 4 seconds, (after she put the stuff in the needle ect)
ive had one of the jabs already my next one is in november, third in may. the first one doesnt hurt, ++ if the second one takes less time then omg its gonna be practically painless! it doesnt hurt at all tbh
