Can't believe so many people are uptight about the whole Oook thing.... 99% of the OOOK players I have ever known calle it uke (like the spelling) SHould be about the music not the pro-nooooon-ciation anyways.... Keep on OOking!

In Hawaii it is pronounced oo-koo-leh-leh, true enough, though never heard anyone outside of Hawaii pronounce it such. Here in China it is pronounced yoh-keh-lee-lee. No matter how ya say it, still heaps of fun! :)
