  • Hey guys iv'e got a few questions.

    First of all, im 14 years old 155 CM 45KG

    my arms and legs are very thin (10-12 cm around my wrists)

    I have alot of fat at my chest and legs that i want to get rid of

    but also get more MEAT any advice?

    Also ive been working out alot lately is it going to F%!K up my bones

    or anything since im a growing kid?

    Weird question, is it important to sleep at night or is daytimesleeping fine ?

    Ive heard that good sleep is required while working out.

  • @MajorSimon dont try to be a bodybuilder if ur working out so young. working out and being fit is different than radical lifts and weight. Make sure to obtain advice from a nutritionist about planning out your meals. Nutrition is where it all starts and ends. working out is in the middle. Remember that proper rest is needed for your body to rebuild. thats how u get bigger and stronger when they rebuild. the best of luck to you and be safe always

  • Your vids are great! I've tried this technique before and it makes for a great contraction in the biceps. If you look at old Arnold pics, he almost always has his wrists bent back like this for curls.

  • if anyone wants to do this, i advice you to use light weight, heavy weights will fuck up your wrist like this. i myself have normal wrist angle with heavy weights, but i didnt make them point down and i got really good results from that.

  • yeah pretty good bicep workout. alot of people start their curls with a wrist curl, putting most of the stress on the forearm and less on the bicep. try this bicep exercise with concentration curls

  • AFAIK thats a incline dumbell curl, while a spider curl (spiderman?!) is like a bent-over dumbbell concentration but then with a barbell

  • the hardest muscle for me to build are the biceps this is because after like a week my workouts don't hurt anymore. I know I need to switch them up but i don't know what to switch to. I do dumbbell curls, hammer curls, and curl across my chest for 3 sets with 8 reps. Does anyone know any other effective bicep workouts?

  • I've done this before and its by far the most intense bicep workout for me. Its more effective when done with drop sets. Start off as heavy as you can go for 10 reps and then drop the weight and and super set it. Destroys me.

    It might not be as effective as two dumbbells and seated; but I am sure it is better than not doing it all. Just do the best you can with what you have to work with.

  • you can do it lying down on the floor... it just restricts the movement so you cant move you arms back but it still works. or you can do push ups

  • @rsoreo push ups push ups hightened pushups (small and wide) same for your back(traps) pull ups and chins(wide and shoulder) those are incredible compounds in my opinion and have done more for me than the equipment( and also do a lot of flys = great)

    I havent been able to get a good burn/pump with traditional bicep curls for some reason. These worked beautifully. Im a big strong guy and I only used 20 lbs each handand it was hard!

  • You can try to do this one with a flat bench. It works great. the stretch on the bicep is killer. But you will have to lighten up the weight.
