there are probably quite a few singers who can go jeff range, but the difference with buckley is he sounds natural and easy and his voice quality and tone are at the top end of the draw. e.g. someone like matt bellamy - he can go high but he doesn't have the technical qualitie of a true singer like Buckley plus his tone is quite ordinary. Bellamy is exceptional at other musical things but not the best singer.

@bcrisp888 I suppose you mean the highest note on the video (starts at 1:27 )
it's an A5, really high even in falsetto.
The lowest note he hits on this video is around E (0:12 for example).
