whick dunes are these? I was at winchester bay in Oregon last year and grenaded my 250 ten min into the ride on the first day after a 10 hour trip to get there.

@6brown6town6 my bike was listed on a local classifieds web page for 1500, he only lived a block away, ended up paying 1200 for it...... It has an FMF fatty pipe and FMF shorty silencer and a twin air, air filter.
yeah called smog down here, yeah that would be cool not to have worry about it for 3 years, im hoping to get a yz250 by next riding season which is October for me
@6brown6town6 nice there real fun bikes vary reliable and cheap, im thinking about trading in my yz for a yzf 450, donno if im gonna go through with it tho since the riding season here is coming to an end iv got plenty of time to think about it
@6brown6town6 Yeah iv heard, theres places in utah that cars dont even need to do emissions and inspection, you guys call it smog? and in idaho they just about no were needs it and they there registration is good for up to three years, that would be sweet to not have to worry about that for three years, at a time
yeah i was trying to stick with 2003 & older, is your bike a green sticker or red? im experienced its been a year or so tho, but shouldnt take long to pick up where i left off at,
@6brown6town6 oh lol.... that took me a second to figure out.... im gonna go with your referring to the that pollution tax stuff? my state dont have that but I remember something from a forum saying that there were grand fathered in so there green but not sure
@6brown6town6 thanks, this bike is bad, if your lookin at them then you probably already know the differences in the years, but if not go with an 99 or newer, newer motor and an aluminum sub frame, my buddy has an 98 and it tends to over heat out dune cruising..... and yes absolutely recommend this bike for duning, donno how much experience you have the with the two stroke 250's but there awesome duners, there vary cheap to buy, repair and maintain compared to the 4 stroke bikes
