Never seen this before, very interesting. Would a dog with problems like the one (or both) in the video need to come in for continual treatment, or do things get fixed in one session?

depends on the age and condition of the dog. If it is a puppy and it is a new condition one treatment will do it. But once they are full of arthritis or some other condition it is on going treatment.
