Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. "We Don't Need Another Hero" ...a very good song!! And ok, compared to Chris Cornell, and sheryl crow this is a really good song! But, I believe that when you put this up against Bond songs like Gladys Knight's,/ all three Shirley Bassey songs/ Nancy Sinatra's /Carly Simon's or Sheena Easton's or even Tom Jones.. sorry, but, IMO this effort doesn't make the grade.

Hell, yes, Goldeneye is the best. It's 14 years old at this point and the movie is only slightly dated in many respects.  While this score hasn't aged as well as the David Arnold ones, this theme is great. Bono and Edge know how to make music.
