Mac or PC doesnt matter anymore both have PC components both perform the same if they have the same compunents. The sound quality is only affected by the software and the sound card.

ESCO!!! I too own a Mac and although am not running Absynth 4 at the moment, I can tell you without a doubt that there will be no issue. I own an iMAC and I am running guitar rig 3. I plan on getting KORE 2 and there wont be a problem because I am running it off a MAC. Im not trying to diss anyone who use a PC but I know what works and MAC works for music PERIOD! I am thinking of just getting Komplete 6 when it comes out.

My pc crashed(again) so im making a switch to Mac,all of my plugs say on the requirments mac:osx 10.4..

The mac im buying is 10.5,will there be a issue trying to install my software?????

That means 10.4+, as in "at least 10.4" as in "not 10.3.x", you're safe.

No. 10.4 is the minimum operating system version you have to have. If you have higher, it should work.
