Hi Roger, thank you very much for creating these videos and sharing them with us. I've been running on and off because I lack the motivation. Apparently, becoming healthy and being in a good shape aren't good enough reasons for me. But after watching your videos and especially this one, I'm feeling much much more motivated and confident that I can do it.. I wanna do a 5k in July 2012 and eventually the Mumbai marathon in 2013. Thank you again for inspiring me and my heartfelt prayers for Julia.
Hi Rodger I left a comment over at part 1 also (the most inspiring video you will ever watch) Just wanted to let you know I made a small donation on Boomers CFF page,I'm not telling you this to get a thanks or a pat on the back but rather to show you what you have done and continue to do is STILL working! That first vid was simply incredible . It reminds me of a quote I read in a Napoleon Hill book that goes... "Tell the world what your going to do , but show them first" you certainly have!
Love the effort, the first vid should have had the link and the pay pal click right away. People give money when they are emotionally touched, they do not stick around for an explanation!
Try to edit it, or just add links under it...
Hope you saved the knees when you started...
I image Julia in light, only the close ones have power of love, we can only give a comforting thought...
May your effort be heard in ears of our beloved...lights will guide you home.
cool man! you did it! inspire me a lot, believe it will inspire others too. unfortunately i couldnt donate. but my pray always for your niece. keep it on^^
Thank you very much for the very kind comments. As long as it helps just one person change their life the way I changed mine then it doesn't need a million views. :)
BTW, I did post a new video last week that gives an update on what I have done since I made this video. Unfortunately looks like I can't post the link so search for "RFME" and "iRun" and it should come up (or just view my channel)

What keeps you reverting back? Will you revert? You changed the outside, did you change the inside?
