  • Wow, he did that without even going super saiyan!

  • impressive!

  • so jacked! damn man wish i could be like you :P

im 15 years old and 150 lbs.. i guess im above average as far as muscle? like ive always been on the chubbier side, but about 2-3 years ago it went to height and now im more cut and toned.. i just do like pullups (max 35), pushups (max 90), run a lot. i play hockey and lax.

question though: how are you big and good at cardio at the same time? and also, can i get big without gym equip? im decent now, but wanna get bigger... if you know what i mean

  • There is such a thing as too much muscle

  • there!!!!!! finally I have found someone who has a similar chest as me, it goes "round" at the bottom pecs, I don't like it so any advice on getting a more squared pec look would be much appriciated

  • amazing!

  • i bet that guy gets all the ladies

  • U are in great shape! How could I build a bulky chest without messing with the weights? Any advice Bro?

  • WTF you're a beast bro but attention cuz can be very risky for you ;)

  • amazing

  • might try ,nice

  • Lol dude, you need to lay off the roids... And use proper form next time.

  • @humourguy5 dude, you need to stop being a youtube troller/hater. lay off pulling our sociaty down to your levels of negativity. use more positive words

  • @roughneckasian i'm with him.. fuck the roidbobs ^^

  • @roughneckasian Damn, nice breast. Also your abs look very symmetric. Nice dude.

  • @humourguy5 So there's a proper form for dynamic exploding pull-ups? His shoulders aren't up by his ears, lats are flexed, I'd say that's pretty proper. The kipping motion is necessary for movements like this.

  • @humourguy5 whatever you cant reach fake it or steroid it... damn haters...

  • u look, sound, even move liek steven seagal, just a little bit

  • Do you even lift?

  • uri uri

  • bro your a freken machine.....!!!

  • saw some other dude at the gym doing this..but clapping as he switched grips..that shit is hard!!

  • ok.FUCK ALL THAT TAGS.

  • great man..looks like hard work.how long you have been training??

can u assist on nutritional help?

  • @nikhilb666 been training for over 15 years with weights. As for help, I provide online training. The link is under the video. Plan A cover only nutrition/supplements and is $35.

  • @asadmahmoodification

because he IS the hulk.... duhhh :3

  • how do you get that mass in your arms ??

  • Hey tuan, can I train my back and chest together? triceps and biceps?

  • this foo can't wipe his ass lol

  • put some more ads up please....

  • Dont all the mr. olympia pass all the drug tests too? otherwise they will not qualify for any competition. I'm not saying that this guy is on roids, its just a sidenote. He has a great body that is achievable with great work ethics and perseverance. RESPECT!

  • From someone who has been going to the gym for about 4 years now clearly there are steroids involved. But i must say those are great results.

  • @webchamp930 hey hater, dont put youself in the same league as me. I been on it for more than 16 years. I got 2 degress in both Nutrition and Exercise Science. What degress do you have? I have 3 certifications in ISSA, ACE and NASM. You have what again? I am a champion RAW powerlifter, drug free Professional Fitness Model/Bodybuilder. You may need steroids because of your lack of educatin but I do not. But don't take my word for it, watch the ofther 220 videos on my channel as proof

  • @roughneckasian Hey dude take it easy, if you did that all without any steroids then that is super impressive i personally have never seen anyone with such great results whom didn't use drugs, but the fact that i thought u did it with steroids should be a compliment to you if you hadn't used any.

    Keep up the good work.

  • @webchamp930 it is "not" a compliment. your comment has the tone of someone that wants to denouce my achievements, effort and knowledge. Your own words, " clearly there are steroids involved" How the hell in the world is that a complaiment? All that says is it not about hard work or about the right education, its about roids. Bottom line, it was a douche bag comment and you are trying to back peddle out of it now that I called you out on it.

  • @webchamp930 and just to make it easier for you to see some of those videos, I have set up some annotation links. Figured someone that uses drugs and lacks education my need some help with direction.

  • Hey Tuan Truan,

do you train your lateral abdominal muscles?

I've heard, that it improves the sixpack./the sixpack is only as good as the lateral abdomnial muscles.

    Greetz from Germany

  • Damn, I bet you get them bitches, huh? (:

  • Forget the haters tuan good job bro keep it up people hate on others that loon better then them

  • good job man. Shoot up some more roids.

  • @2324mh that is your opinion and your freedom. Also, no one has to believe anything I say. In fact, the burden of proof is on me to prove that I am a drug free athlete. That being said, I will let my 200 plus videos speak on my behalf. Also, I have dozens of videos showcasing me taking different drug test, passed drug test forms and even pictures of me when I was as young as 14. So in all fairness, should you not watch those as well before forming an opinion? Just the way I would do it

  • @roughneckasian Thing is bro, that when your big its roids... stupid people are stupid. I'm clean as well and getting bigger everyday... I'm really strong... but hey its roids lol..... stupid people. Good job bro :) I'm half asian and this is some tight shit! Maybe one day ill do that shit too... for now... doing it safe so i dont fuck up myself, if I do this wrong! Keep it up bro .)

  • @2324mh ignorant

  • @2324mh you are an ignorant fuck, troll.

  • @2324mh you should keep eating those hamburgers and being a troll....

  • @2324mh Maybe you're just jealous cause you don't have the dedication to look like this yourself. Go shoot up some more McDonalds.

  • muscle machine . fun to watch.

  • god dam this guy is big, im working out to get like that...

  • >clicked on video

    >saw your upper body

    >subscribed

    No homo

  • damn pretty impressive!!!!where are u training???i mean which country???

  • damn pretty impressive!!!!

  • hey tuan, i'm trying to train my lats now but somehow i don't feel a difference doing the wide grip or narrow grip.. can you give me some advise on how to train lats??

  • I can do 1 :D

  • Trust me guys i tried this excerise, and i failed because this excerise is hard...

  • I've been doing weighted widegrip pullups past few weeks instead of lat pulldowns with some significant gains, managing to do 6rep max with 20kg dumbell.

Just wondering though, would it be worth throwing these into my back routine? My grip strength isn't that great as I need to use straps for deadlifts and BoR.

Or would you suggest doing these on a non-back workout i.e. with legs?

  • gato

  • very nice body man. Takes a lots of traning and dicipline! Good job! :-) Thumbs up.

  • Tuan, what's the best way to increase your pullup numbers? I've been stuck at like 7-8 for a long time. I do full body workouts, more of athletic/fitness training instead of muscle bodybuilding. I get various replies on this topic. Some people say work pullups 3x a week, some say everyday, some say twice a week on back day, what do you think?

  • @lwst82 you probably dont care but i was doin 5 to 6 and thn i started doing them a few times a day every day. Every time i went outside to walk my dog i would do pull ups on a tree and that got me to 20 easy or you could get an iron gym.

  • @theBrownman28 Thanks for your input. So basically you did them every day using the grease the grove method. How often did you test your max? Or did you just go to failure everytime throughout the day?

  • @lwst82 Failure every time. I heard recruits do that at Marine Corps bootcamp every time they use the head (bathroom). But yea every time when i walked my dog which was like 3 to 4 times a day even if it rained or watever. And i would do it both grips for max on each grip

  • @theBrownman28 That's my problem, if i go to failure, all the time. The next day, my max will be less because I'm sore from the previous day and so on. Then when I adequately rest and try again, my max is either the same or less.

  • @lwst82 your max wont always be the same. it will go down THAT DAY but when you give it proper rest it should be higher idk just my opinion. BUT i do know that working out your forearms is very important since your grip is the first thing to go when you do pull ups. If your forearms are strong, then your grip is strong, which means more pull ups and heavier weight on upperbody exercises

  • doing my best to try to lift like roughneckasian. its gna take some time, but it is worth it, thats my long term goal

  • My quad is longer then this guys torso, easy for him to build muscle

  • what suppliments are you on? for exmaple protein shakes/creatine/steroids??

    Please reply! x

  • How long it took you from nothing to that kind of body with your work out routine?

  • Not to sound gay, but nice body.

  • Wow, what a body. What is your background/origin?

  • U should grow your hair longer and spike it up and die it bleach blode and u will look like those Dragon ball z guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lolz why the jym is empty and dude how the hell can i do that it just doesnt work for me didnt test it cuz i dont want to fall and kill my self

  • so ripped..

  • I never have to cue for the chin bar at the gym. It is such a important exercise and under used.

It is one thing benching heavy but if you can't lift yourself for a four sets and 10 reps then it is no good.

I do chins and at the beginning it was hard and now I look forward to training my back. the chins he is doing are very difficult.

Great chin set mate I will try the interchanging hands not sure if I am able but as you know. You have to shake things up now and then to get the gains.

  • Hey man very impressive great job. Umm hey what is your body fat percentage mine right now is 14.8 and you look great and i am looking for a healthy and not discusting looking body fat percentage goal.

  • I searched "do chin ups work" in the search bar

and the first 2 seconds i said Yep!

  • kox power

  • Hey you crazy fucker.....you wanna be my personal trainer??? LMAO

  • Cmon men!! I started to trust your exercises because the results on your body!! but when i saw you doing that monkey type shit I got really dissapointed!

  • @pokkkassspulgasss are you a complete idiot? I mean you do realize that monkeys even smaller than you are literally and relatively stronger then you are.

  • how much can you bench?

  • Omfg, its Goku

  • Dude this shit is fucking awesome bro good work, by the way i can do 15 wide grip pull ups and im 13 years old but i also have a personal trainer at the ymca gym.

  • @robzombie8497 Then your personal trainer is shit. Wide grip pullups are a nono. Just more stress on the RC. No greater benefit to anything else and no it won't "make your lats wider" If so get someone to describe how a wider grip puts more work on your lats. It doesnt.

  • the one person tht disliked ths actually tried it(:

  • ok props this dude is ripped. but these really are not hard. im 14, 5 foot 8 and 110 pounds. yes im skinny but i can do these relatively easily. i know this guy can do something harder bcz as long as u have a strong grip these r not difficult.

  • @b5ist

Thats why you do it easier because you weigh less, only a 110 pounds, but hes pulling up more weight because of how much muscle he has on his body which makes him weight more. Not puttin you on blast im just sayin but keep workin out and doin right form and you'll get huge.

  • @b5ist no body cares how old you are, how tall you are, or how much you weigh. You just posted a stupid comment. just stupid....................

  • Good videos and seems like a decent dude. Ignore the jealous haters.

  • WOW!

  • y u swinging ur legs and knees up as u cum up..thats not a proper rep

  • a proper rep for what? do you even know what these are called? its an explosive lift you mook fuck. i think he knows a little bit more about working out than you so keep your stupid fucking comments to yourself

  • @salawasweet1989 u should keep ur comments to urself until u post a vid of ur workouts. all the crap u talk u need to back it up. no1 cares if u know wat its called. if ur gonna talk the talk walk the walk

  • @b5ist yeah you are right, my bad, i dont know why i flipped out like that after rereading my comment i couldnt believe i wrote that.

  • @salawasweet1989 its ok every1 has bad days and takes out their frustration on others. i definitely have

  • any advise on how to get better at doing just pull up reps or chin up reps ...it just seems imposibble for me Im just starting out at this new execise any tips?

  • haha i thought he was gona strangle him self with his head phones

  • Nice. I didn't know Bobby Lee was so big. Loved you in MadTV man.

  • first of all i need to qualify for ninja to do this...

  • Definitely not your typical good-for-nothing-useful-all-show-but-no-go bodybuilder. Hats off to you. It's not that easy for someone with a bodybuilder physique to do what you show in this video.

  • looks easy when you doing ;)

  • explosive stuff tuan,,thanks for the tip..

  • I'm 52, love chin/pull ups, and hope to try this soon! But I'm hoping to just get a couple of changes to start with...lol. Great training advice....different is good in my book.

  • THIS IS NOT NECESSARY!

  • thumps up if you thought you could do this and got unjured :(

  • good technique

  • i have to say i tried this exercise and it was much easier than regular pull and chinups. if you go really slow doing the regulars it is extremely harder. but the way the video guy was doing it, it felt like as soon as i engaged in getting my self all the way up, than i lost the momentum while switching to the other side. i just dont know if this is the way to go.

  • Hey Tuan, Great work. But if you'd like to challenge yourself even further you can do a chin up until your abs are above the bar then push your entire body above the bar then go down. It burns and really uses not only your arms but also your abs and back simultaneously. Just a suggestion :)

  • @duy3o3 also called a muscle-up

  • sexy boy

  • Tuan is a beast.....he is a great inspiration unlike the occasional trolls that will sadly never amount to anything...oh well :)

  • GOKU!!

  • Great job.

  • That looks fuckin' hard!

  • Can you do normal pull up and lift yourself up? :o

    like this : watch?v=2uDJc-3ODog at 3:58

  • GOOD LUCK! You're next video better say you came in FIRST HOMIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • E Euro training! Euro training! Euro training! thats awesome bro

  • hey mate. Aren't you using your legs for momentum in order to bring yourself above the bar?

  • @BariJS yes, this is an explosive exersice so that I can acitivate my fast twich muscle fibers. Also, to work on making this exersice more into a conditioning one. So this is not your standard pull up. This is a modifited version so I can get myself ready for a bodybuilding show, but can be used for powerlifting as well in developing stronger hands, improve starting strength and increase your ability to hav more information traveling on your neural bridge between the mind and body

  • @roughneckasian Wonderful answer-very informative and interesting-and inspiring demo: you were really explosive on the bar, and yet you are built like an M1A1 Abrams tank.

  • @roughneckasian I totally agree! :D

  • @BariJS How can a normal looking guy question the methods of this dude he's fucking huge...

he's got to be using iv never seen an asian be able to life more than a pencil and a calculator haha

  • Tuan always comes up with these experimental exersices to make it harder haha. Crazy stuff man. How do you keep yourself from ruining the skin on your hands while doing these exercises? Looks like it creates tons of friction. Just a guess, just saying... You tell me :)

  • @SinisterSkip My hands are very thick and have develope to be very dense over many years of training. It's no different that when u shake a farmer's hand or a construction guy's hand vs a guy who sits at a desk all day. Your hands develope depending on what kind of stress you put on it. If a person wants to become alot stronger when it comes to training, they need to develope hand/forearm strenght. Yet, when was the last time you saw the majority of guys in the gym training do any of that?

  • @roughneckasian

SO true :) I almost never use wrist wraps, except for shrugs (lots of weight). Not using them is the best longterm investment. About forearms, also very true, I hardly see people do em. I've only started doing em 1 month ago because the upper/lower arms were starting to get out of proportion, even though I only have 14" upper arms (started at 11-12" or so, ectomorph)

  • @roughneckasian

How do you do forearms? The traditional way with a barbell and hands parralel to the floor so weird... I figured I can just use a cable machine, keeping my arms straight down and just turning the wrist in/upwards. Feels much more natural in my opinion. What's your view on that. Maybe something for a vid? Your forearms are well proportioned (just like everything else)

  • when you say natural, do you mean not getting all of your protein from supplements? or using steroids?

  • @madchild0709 no steroids

  • @roughneckasian yeah but what about like protein powders and stuff like that? the exercice like prety good but I my chin up bar is on my door so i cant do it good job with your bodybuilding most bodybuilders takes steroids and your as muscled as them

  • @roughneckasian i know what is possible in a natural way and you took steroids so dont cheat

  • If I had that build I would seldom have a shirt on!

  • gd luck at muscle mania lookingin really good shape,i think u will stand out jus as u did in ur previous comp jus there mate thanks for puttin the time in to make these vids ur an inspiration

  • Proper. Keep it up.

  • Good luck with the competition bro, any tips on how i can get a fuller chest?

  • I have a question roughneckasian...Im competing in august 26th for my first body building competition im gonna be competing at around 170 middleweight I currently weigh 199 I started doing cardio 4 times a week and my body percentage is going down im getting real lean already should I cut down on the cardio? Ive lost about 11 pounds I was at 210... my abs are looking good my body is getting dry already

  • Awesome quickness -- Good luck at Musclemania. You're the best.

  • Bro, do you ever work out with a shirt on?

  • @pullablank of course I train with a shirt on. Only when I am making videos on a Sunday afternoon when there are no members in the gym is when I have my shirt off. As a bodybuilder, may of my fans like to see how I am changing from week to week. Also, for those who watched my videos for the 1st time, it is a way to show case that I am what I preach. Would you take advice from a fitness professional that was around 25% bodyfat or 10% if you were trying to lose weight?

  • @roughneckasian I would take advice from the dude wearing clothes, personally.

  • @pullablank u mad he's stylin on you?

  • This exercise is great. Most people probably won't notice, but you're basically doing a negative on your way down while you're changing your grips (So you don't snap the hell out of your shoulders coming down too fast). Impressive Tuan, keep it up dude.

  • @Cuddlez1234 good eye and thanks for the support

  • @roughneckasian Of course man. Us fitness professionals need to support those of us like yourself who are putting themselves out there and preaching the "Stay clean and natural" way of exercising. There's too many people out there who are exercising for the wrong reasons. And to anyone who's lifting and using products that really aren't good for you, It's not too late to stop. You'll love lifting natural. Lifting natural gives you the best body you can achieve. You don't need roids.

  • isnt the problem with eating enough red meat that it increases the chance of cancer

  • @ExceptionallyAwesome if it is organic and grass feed, you will be fine. Besides, how healthy is a chicken that is full grown from an egg to a full grown adult in 6 to 7 weeks pumped full of chemicals? If you do more reasearch on how our food is grown in the US, you may look at food alot different. It may cost more buying organic and grass feed, but with the question you just asked, you look like you someone who is looking out for their wellness

  • fucking animal!

  • What happens if you miss in mid air (not that I suspect you might) but someone less experienced might come a cropper.

  • @HarryHayfield all exersices have risk, some more than others. Just got to make sure you understand what your limits are before trying. Besides, my guys get hurt using too much weight on a bench press, and I doubt anyone would try this if they really have any doubt in their mind if they can pull it off or not. Anyone who tries this is pretty confident they will have succuss

  • jesus that is one neat natural body that all of us envy

  • I can't help saying that you just look incredible. Kudos for a perfect physique.

  • @pecboi thanks for the support

  • shit man! you look great!!!

  • @jiggaluv123 thanks, hope it is enough for first place for the contest

  • I can do that easy. but then again i weigh a meager 160 lbs, you on the other hand are built like a truck and can still do that. impressive! how are the muscle ups coming along tuan?

  • @Kane12693 can do about 2 in a row which is my personal best, but of course my weight is the problem. only when I am aroun 179 to 180 can I do 2 in a row. But once I get up to about 185, only 1 and when I am 190 or over, none at that point.

  • @roughneckasian ok buddy i hoope you answer this i got a job (17)and i want to buy supplements, should i stick to just protein and creatine? ive heard almost everything else is a scamm.

  • @joaking66 protein is fine. as for creatine, if you eat enough red eat, you get plenty of the stuff. But for the most part, if you nutrition is off, not amount of supplements will get you results

  • Are you more of a person on a slower form or an explosive type like in this vid for best results?

  • @DLuangsay both. you have to chanllege the body in many different ways to get the best overall developement.

  • good luck jacked asian dude!

  • Damn!

  • Nice. That's all natural dynamic muscle and power right there!!

  • big chest

  • looking swole here

  • i would fall on my head if i try those .. i can hardly do 5 regular pullups :D

  • Nice exercise, defenitaly will try this some time. Good luck in your competition.

    Frank from the Netherlands.

  • I like that. I'll have to try it out next time i'm in the gym or park, haha. Thanks for the Tip

  • ur hand working more than ur back
