this game kills my pc i maxed it out at dx 11 1080p and shit kills me. i got a 5870 on some occasions i get noticable crap fps. ;0 most of the time it's smooth or playable. But yeah this game has stunning visuals makes crysis look like farcry ;p
Are you using tesseslation and depth of field? (The DX11 settings). Also, what drivers are you using please, and where can I check? I'm using a 5870 crossfire setup too, but my frames are kinda low. I do know that the ATI cards don't run too great on this game though.
@StevieVaibanez Yes im using dx11 with everything on very high but no AA. Drivers were 10.5 the latest ones now are 10.6. Just google ati drivers. Im using dx9 when i play and get around 50-60 fps increase and don't see that much of a difference. Thanks
Thanks for the response. One more question if you don't mind. What kind of temperatures are your cards running at at full load? I dunno if it's just me but Metro 2033 makes my cards boil. Is 90 degrees centigrade okay? Do you ever notice performance lowering if the cards get too hot?

@StevieVaibanez My temps usually dont get above 80 centigrade 90 is getting pretty hot. Have you thought of setting your gpu temps manually. Also you shouldn't get any performance drops you would have to really boil a card to do that. Thanks
FOr some reason I dont think its using both cards. Can you try running it on one card. I run Metro 2033 on one XFX 5870 and it runs it smoothly. I have the latest catylyst drivers. I have fraps so I will run it to see how much i get. Do you have the latest drivers installed. I feel liek mines runs around tha same as yours. I have a AMD phenom 2 quad and 4 gigs gskill ddr3 ram with the 5870. You should be getting more frames from that setup
@royraiden Im not recording with fraps in this video so the number on the top left is actual game play fps. Remember everything is at the highest setting.

needs more Tesselators 4 card 5770 will give better frames. then 2 5870 because they're using 4 tesselators.
