wow thanx for the post. when i heard it i was speechless. At first i couldnt believe it so i had to go do a little research and yes it is true. it is the only song where martie has sang lead and shes amazing. Its a great song and her voice is amazing. I love the dixie chicks and natalie is the best but hearing this song where martie sings lead was unbelieveable. Now i cant stop listening to the song. Congrats to Martie and Gareth. :)

Yes, that's Martie singing. It was a track on the Chicks' third album, "Shouldn't 'a Told You That".

The song was written by Matthew Benjamin, who was the Dixie Chicks' lead guitarist at the time.
