The problem is, you're going to have to do them if you want SP gears. And everyone on this team wanted around 50 beru, you're not really given a choice unless you have time to do fifty, 10~15 minute fun runs
Oh, one other note, beru has a nasty habit of zoning between area 6 and 3, and it gets tiring to have it do it more than once, and it can do it many times over. When you experience it yourself, you'll understand.
