  • Awesome.

  • I lift things up and put them down

  • absolutely amazing

  • holy shit!

  • Great stuff man! Keep it up and keep getting plenty of rest between these heavy workouts and your muscles and joints will be in good shape or a long time.

I get grief from "fitness people" for doing a lot of work in a short amount of timing with very heavy weights @ once a week, but my muscles and joints are feeling and working great still so I can keep going and improving.

  • MAXIMUM STRENGTH

  • Thats fucking insane.

  • Mike, is that a band on the bar? That little yellow lanyard thing that I see flexing from the floor to the bar?

By the way, what makes this impressive is that's legit depth there and you're not doing it in 14ply of gear either. Keep it up man.

  • @ryandelman It's a string that attaches to a piece of equipment that reads the amount of force he generates, I think. He also seems to have programs where he can scan the bars movement as well. Mike trains smarter than anyone I've ever seen.

  • what type of squat suit is that?

  • this is really UNhuman... i've watched tons of people lifting on youtube and this is far and away the most awe-inspiring. humble, kick ass lifting at its finest

  • It sucks that I keep on having to convert these pounds to kilo's. Because I don't know what pounds are.

  • WOW.

  • beast mode activated

  • Not a sound. Hell, if I had over 350 on there, I would be screaming my head off. Nice job man.

  • @PS360Million Very silent lifter. It is best for most people to hold their breath the entire lift to increase intra abdominal pressure which increases the overall power through the core

  • mother of god!

  • gimme a list of your workouts...hahah i could really use some:P

  • awesome job! just curious, why is there an elastic band on one side?

  • @jms8220 It measures the power with which he drives the bar

  • @oGGsoGGs I'm intrigued. How exactly does that work?

  • is this real life?

  • you sir are an animal.

  • fuck dude, youre a monster. keep it up, youre inspiring us all

  • hardly struggled. that's just straight power.

  • nice job.

  • very good! maybe i should know him but i do not...looked good for more!

  • watch ur back man

  • @thunder72191

Guy just squatted over 900 pounds. I'm certain he knows how to take care of his back.

  • @RedWildz alright dude first of all u dont know anything about anatomy. ignorant fucking bastard

  • @thunder72191

Majoring in biomechanics actually. You, on the other hand, seem to know very little of proper form and training in general.

  • @RedWildz talks cheap bitch

  • @thunder72191

I'm not the one needing to prove anything. This guy up here has been training long enough to squat more weight on a bar than you or I will ever touch. You don't get that strong without "watching ur back," man. I assure you, his form is on point.

  • @RedWildz man this fucker is still talking! please do us all a favor and shut the fuck up

  • @thunder72191

    You seem upset.

  • @thunder72191 nah ur a cool dude im just givin u a hard time :D

  • You are insane bro doing 925 without a spot...... I love it

  • amazing lift good job man.

  • Absolutely one of the most impressive lifts I've seen on the "net"...great form, control, depth....w/o the ridiculous denim/multi-ply suits. Just pure strength & determination; well done!!

  • Pure madness. Jaw-dropping madness.

  • WHO ARE YOU ?

  • Mad respect for the depth!

I hope to lift like you one day

  • that was insane!

  • that was low impressive !

  • You must have some MAJOR balls to try this without a spotter, power rack or not I would be scarred.

  • monalisa of squats

  • Dude, that was a BEAUTIFUL squat...amazing depth!!! Friggin awesome!

  • serious question here.... why don't you breath? its my understanding you get more into your lift while breathing out, due to oxygen being pumped in... just wondering, response is greatly appreciated

  • @ffshooter19 Keeping your breath held keeps your core tight and your body stable..the minute you breath out with that kind of weight, you get folded in half and lose your power. It's called the Valsalva technique

  • @TheGorillaPit thank you, I only lift for my football team, but that's the way our coach told us to do it. the technique you referenced makes sense though, and if i did it would I be able to get more out of my lifts?

  • @ffshooter19 Oh yeah! you'll add a quite a bit to a lift doing this!

  • @ffshooter19 your understanding is wrong. you lose muscle tension by breathing out. its called the valsalva manuever. derp

  • what a-hole disliked this video.....must be a bodybuilder...j/k

  • extreme lift

  • my eyes are lying to me.

  • Crap ! Im adding this video to my Favorites ! Crazy Weight !

  • you r a man

  • You're not human.

  • My Girlfriend lifts that much. JK. Good job man. I expected to see you go down till your legs were slightly bent then back up but you didn't cheat at all.

  • un fuckin real! no spotters or nething- awesome

  • Look of satisfaction at 1:12 Priceless.

  • dam thats so fucking good dude!! haha im like 156Lbs and i can deep squat aroud 280 and like just before parel squat 330Lbs (even tho that dosent count) hhaha But your great keep it up man!! Hey do you know of anyother exersices that works your butt other then squat? I squat, pause squat, front squat, deadlift, leg press, snatch, and power clean alot. But what is something else maby?

  • Im Not Gonna Lie But Dude Your Getting Stronger Bye The Video Lol

  • And I thought I struggled with 315...

  • what the hell dude what does your training and eats look like and im assuming you dont drink im trying not to drink but hard some times i can gao along time with out and my lifts improve but i like to drink whats do you do to get so strong

  • monster

  • this is really impressive. whats your bw?

  • Def one of your deepest training squats in a suit. Keep it up.

  • beast!

  • @1989Lukey Holy smokes, I thought I was doing good to get 410 on the smith!

  • Have you ever failed on a set?

  • @smokinHawkjh

Mike does not fail a set, a set fails him.

  • 900+ lbs walked out by himself, no sound around, crazy..

  • just wondering what is that thin line attached to your bar,.....impressive strength

  • @nelluch measure bar speed lthink

  • I was thinkin maybe to help with bar whip when he's walking it in and out, because it looks like constant tension. I'm probably wrong.

  • @nelluch tendo unit

  • wtf..insane....

  • Damn i got the privilege to see this guys lift at a meet i went to in june and i gotta say he's even more impressive in person

  • Woah, that's strong...tree trunk legs.

  • most impressive squat iv ever seen

  • Damn...at a "home' gym even...Damn!

  • the video says it all, nothing to comment over this....

  • How someone can be so strong is beyond me. And I've been lifting for 19 years.

  • Holy crap man, YOU ARE THE MAN.

  • this guys always on the cover of powerlifting magazines, such a beast

  • Comment removed

  • Nice job man!

Awhile back, I remember that you were having trouble getting deep enough. So I was worried that you weren't going to go past parallel.

But you hit right below parallel on this one which is really impressive considering how much weight you are squatting. Really nice job man. Amazing!!

  • whats MOV?

  • lol its obvious he cheats.... hes using inhumanly strength

  • jesus christ

  • Uhhh, WOW!

  • Incredible! 5 stars!

  • respeck very strong

  • insane

  • impressive squat!

  • words cannot describe.

  • holy freaking crap! I am simply and utterly speechless. Damn dude!!!! What sort of bar is that? Brother you need to be competing. This is absolutely astonishing.

  • @spudnutsncoffee

He does compete....................... in some pretty prestigious competitions. IPF Worlds, World Games, Raw Unity.

  • Mike does compete, he did the Raw Unity Meet not so long ago, and competes throughout the year too...

  • Pure Power...........great work Big Man!

  • Dude, you just blew my mind... You're only 24? If you're squatting that much at your age how can you not eventually set a world record for squatting at least... Jesus

  • What kind of bar are you using? Also looks like you may have to invest in thinner plates!

And, of course, phenomenal lifting. A real testament to a dedicated, drug free lifter taking an intelligent approach to training and becoming the best in the world.

  • Not bad.

  • cool

  • nice one

  • mike your a freak! what is your next meet?

  • @finalresistance - I believe that is a tensometer. It's measuring the amount of force and/or velocity Mike is applying to the bar. It's not to provide extra resistance..

  • LOL, you thought I was serious. Beastly lifts Mike. You will kill an 854 dl next year at RUM.

  • Hee - I fooled me. sorry to interject.

  • LOLZ

  • almost 1K without a spotter, and he walks it out....gee whiz

  • Insane lift! Bravo!!!

  • Hey Mark, not sure if you saw me talking about the RTS training manual with rctrip, but he is getting the book for Reactive training system. This is the guy that wrote the book and guides you along (even personally trains on the side) See when I said Mike was the real deal, I wasnt kidding. Just gotta forward these vids to him.

    Great work, Mike.

  • I shouldnt say personally trains, he customizes programs.

  • I'll have to check it out.You say rctriplefresh is getting the book?

  • Yeah. This is the training method I was using when I was doing well and my lifts were there biggest. I am going back to this shortly.
