Why you should train combat with slayer! GoodFight my Laptop :/

I'm starting to train slayer on my account but the thing is, it's really annoying because I'm not 85 combat yet, so I can't do smoking kills yet. By the time I get 85 combat, via slayer, it feels like I "wasted" so many tasks because I wasn't getting points towards slayer helm. Oh well.

I am 126 combat at the moment and I am nearly 87 slayer. Attack is already 99 so now im doing defence ( strength with rapier once I get it) and when I am 99 in all melee skills I will range and polypore my mage..

yea definetly getting slayer and combat up at the same time is the thing to do. I was 138 cb with around 90 slayer and that was just embarrasing. Now getting to 99 slayer i ended up wasting more time and i now have 80m att xp, which is seriously a huge waste when i could have just done it all with slayer earlier. You make money, save time, have more fun and level more skills at one, so slayer cb training is the way to go

Only 90!? I'm level 134 cb with 99 Summoning, 95 Attack, 99 Strength, 90 Defence, 98 Hp, and... 75 Slayer.

Another part of getting maxed cb with say 80 slay is you still have about 11m slay xp to go which is around 44m combat xp... All of that is just giving you a lot of extra exp that doesn't help you, instead of leveling you up. Basically slaying for combat is killing 2 birds with one stone. Max cb and 99 slayer

If you're going to go with a desktop PC I would HIGHLY advise building your own. You can get the same quality as an "Alienware" for easily half the price. I'm not sure if Newegg ships to the UK, but if they do they're the place to start.

You can find tons of tutorials and videos on how to build on YouTube, as well as support on Newegg's forums as far as compatibility issues go when buying parts. Avoid Alienware like the plague, Dell ruins everything they touch, and their customer support is G

Alienwares are such a bad choice... you are paying a few hundred dollars(or whatever you're paying in) for the brand. Building your own pc is a much smarting thing to do even if you don't know how. It doesn't take long to learn about certain pieces in a pc and picking them out :p

I got maxed combat (except range) at 89 slayer and i've found that hellhound tasks give over 140k xp in a combat skill per hour which is about the same as armoured zombies. However, with some some tasks like jungle wyrms, you'd be lucky to get half that.

Try PC Specialist for a new desktop. They give you a range of components to build from and then they build it for you. Its good for people who want to build their own PC but dont have the know how to do so. Its not too expensive either. Alienware is good but for the price not worth it :/ ALSO if you were looking at spending that amount money macs are great. I was skeptical at first but since I got one I could never go back to a PC

When turning on your pc, spam click f8 or f11, find out what one it is for your pc to run in "Safe mode" Then, type in the start search bar: "msconfig" it shows programs that run, there might be something with a strange name there which is the virus. Might cause the freezes.

Does your computer just freeze and do nothing or do you get something like a blue screen with a bunch of writing on it?

You said you had a bunch of antiviruses. They could be conflicting. You should only be running 1.

Depending on how old your laptop is it could be having hardware failures.

Alienwares are very good I have one as well. However, if you want to save some money you could buy the parts yourself from newegg and build it. If you know what you're doing you can get an even better machine for a fraction of the price.

When you log onto your computer, click start, go to the account manager (click your picture) and manage another account, create a new one, and then log onto it, and delete your other one, it deletes all virus's/problems and starts afresh with a new computer account. If this doesn't work, then I suggest restoring your computer back to factory settings.

You should have mentioned that you get the 15% slayer helm boost so you can hit harder.

You can also hit about 4-5 higher in kuradal's dungeon with the ferocious ring.

So technically,the higher you hit the more exp you get so you can get more combat exp slaying.
