  • Tiene un mate ahi al lado !?

  • Where's the tromba marina?

  • Wrong title.

The correct title is..:"Vivaldi Molti ISTRUMENTI Concerto RV 558"

    "Istromenti".. does not mean anything

  • @exnemocpt I'm sorry, but this is simply not so. 'Instromenti' occurs in manuscripts from the period that this piece was written. It is quite likely that this spelling was used on the original, or at least source, document. Whether by mistake or merely an archaic use, I cannot say; but it is not inappropriate from a historical perspective. Otherwise, there is no reason to preserve the Italian at all, and instead translating directly into English is most correct.

  • My favorite Vivaldi composition, although this version is not good because there are no baroque trumpets. it's supose to include a couple of cornetis.

  • hey domenick =))))))

  • wasn't he musically god?.....I think he was.

  • ...poraiterei ko VIVALDI tembiapo !!!!!

  • peres010492 - no i mean the instruement after the madolin solo

  • how is the instrument at 8:17 called?

  • @omoshiroidayo Mandolin

  • @peres010492 Tiorbas with harpsichord continuo

  • @peres010492 Or theorbos. It's the same thing

  • @omoshiroidayo mandolins and harpsichord at the same time. search for each of them to get an ideia

  • Comment removed

  • @omoshiroidayo I answered you already... Tiorbas or theorbos with harpsichord continuo. Not baroque guitars.

  • @omoshiroidayo that doesnt exist lol, but if its 5 seconds after, then those are the violins playing

  • @InbictaProductionzZ Baroque guitars? They do exist.

  • @peres010492 sorry, omoshiroidayo said barock and i had the barock in my head even when typing baroque xD i know they do exist :p

  • @omoshiroidayo man read the description or earch everywhere, there's no baroque guitar played on this piece: Concerto in Tromba Marina for 2 violins, 2 recorders, 2 mandolins, 2 chalumeaux, 2 theorbos, cello, strings & continuo in C Major

    see?

  • @InbictaProductionzZ V had fun with this one, huh?. Two of everything. I'm not complaining. Just reading the instrument list in your post reminded me of a donut shop. "I'd like 2 crullers, 2 lemon, 2 cinnamon, ... and a C major coffee to go please." =)

  • @sosome57 xDD yeah. the most wondeful thing is that he actually made everything work. how easy would it be to mix, coffee, chocolate donuts and whatever more in a bucket and make it tasty?xDDD

  • @InbictaProductionzZ Coffee, donuts in a bucket? Ick. I'll take a cup of Vivaldi anyday!

  • Pinnock has more rhythmic vitality. You can picture a whole group of people dancing to it. Biondi is just fast and bland and dependent on ugly "surprise" accents to wake up people.

  • Well if you read historical sources about Vivaldis style of playing Biondi gets much closer to it!

  • @angryjalapeno - Lost my comment! Well, here goes again. Trevor ROCKS! Got to see him some years at UCLA performing the Brandenburgs. He's a little imp - I mean that in the very best way! I really enjoy his performances. This is no exception.

  • @angryjalapeno

Dancing yes, but it ain't as "alive" as Biondi, IMO. It lacks vitality compared to Biondi.

  • @angryjalapeno

Bland is perhaps the last thing I'd call Biondis playing. But alright, I respect your opinion.

  • @StevenJeNova I totallly agree with you. I wouldn't dream of comparing any English historically informed band with Biondi's Europa Galante, especially when it comes to music from their home turf! If anything, Pinnock here is at his most stuffy and bland here and not just because of the difference in tempo. Biondi's recording is vital, engaging, even daring in places. Here the synergy of tone between the instruments that Biondi achieves becomes dull homogeneity in Pinnock's hands.

  • Está muy padre este concierto, lo estoy poniendo para una coreografìa para ballet.

  • The music is really nice! it's never meant to be perfect! i like this performance a lot!

  • No doubt? Perhaps in your mind. I quite like this rendition. The decelerated tempo makes the movement far easier to digest and than Biondi's and the flute and mandolin parts in particular are better isolated. Each having its own merits, I can prefer none to the other. I will say that I think the Pinnock recording ought be listened to _first_ so as to better appreciate what has actually been done in the Biondi.

  • Ah yeah I LOVE Biondi's one!

  • Fabio Biondi's (Europa Galante) version is the better version, no doubt.

  • Well, they sure are different. It seems to me that Biondi's and Antonini's (Il Giardino Armonico) versions are more true to the original purpose of the concerto, a more "italian" and "vivaldian" way of playing. My favourite is Biondi's also.

  • yes, biondi's version sound more like "italian", or "baroque italian". Biondi is a great baroque performer.

  • Thank you very much for the atention

  • impresive :)
