One other comment on translation. I own a copy of Man in the Iron mask and thought it would be cool for my level 4 French students to hear the French dub while reading the French subtitle. As I previewed it, it drove me nuts after a few minutes. The subtitle were different from the dialogue! So much for that idea. The subtitles were much more formal, while the dialogue was more casual, even though they conveyed relatively the same message.

I don't speak Japanese or Korean but I know from being a muscian that if you want to keep the melody of a song and translate it from on language to another the words are going to get changed. Most of the time you come up new lyrics that convey relatively the same meaning but fit the melody. It's very hard to get something exact. Besides even in dialogue, exact translation, word for word doesn't make sense. Idioms don't usually translate well.

As I've pointed out countless times here and in the info box, the JAPANESE AND KOREAN VERSIONS DO NOT HAVE THE SAME LYRICS. THEY ARE NOT DIRECT TRANSLATIONS.

If you spoke either of these languages it would actually be quite obvious. Also, just compare the English and Korean/Japanese versions, and you'll see that BoA's songs are REWRITTEN rather than completely translated for different languages.

I'd really appreciate it if you could take just 5 seconds to read the info properly. PLEASE.

Some english subtitle translation was wrong. "when the spring has come and gone" must be "when half a month has passed" ....because spring is [bom] in Korean, but [boreom] is half a month (fifteen days) in Korean ...

excuse me, i went over the lyrics word by word from the actual copy in the album leaflet. some of the phrases might sound weird coz you hear specific words in them but i checked and as a phrase they mean something completely different. trust me. i checked several times.
