hey guys.. i have this same thing.. which i use to hate.. i never took my shirt off.. at the beach even when i was in the pool.. and my friends use to say..WTF..?? but i started excersing and doing crazy abdominal workouts, and although it hasn't poped back out or filled, you cant tell there use to be a hole there.. it makes abs look soooo much better.. So dnt cry about it, do sumthin about it.. i noe its hard.. but make the best of it..

i have a much bigger "hole" (pectus excavatum) and it ruined my life in some way but all the anger and all the feelings that i had through my life with the circumstances, I was exposed to poetry writing, incredible wit and i dont eat shit from nobody cause i suffered enough and i aint planning on suffering from ignorant rats...
