  • i was thinking bout learning sign language now i really want to learn

  • THE BEST PERFORM !!!

  • It's youtube. It was a project. It was better than my final (A story about a moose while in Maine) It's so easy to judge... but enjoy it for what it is... a great song and a great project.

  • @billcosbylvr I know not all Deaf people use ASL, but a) if it's signed English it shouldn't be labeled as ASL and b) you're wrong that translating it to ASL would make it confusing. Songs are often translated into ASL and manage to keep the spirit of the message and the creativity in the crafting of the language. That's what interpreters do.

  • That was a job well done.

  • That's awesome!!good job girl

  • Pirates, why don't you go punch yourself in the face.

  • She was awesome

  • now i really want to learn sign language!!!!!!

  • Honestly hate the american population twice as much having watched this.

  • MissChokolateFan you have the potential to be a great signer if you're interested. You did a great job but be sure to socialize more in the deaf community. You'll be able to perfect your skills with deaf friends. Just an FYI. Keep signing!

  • @toodty04 thx but i'm not the girl in the video. but i think she's great

  • @jmooneyful I have a degree in ASL. I remember being in ASL1 class. The 1 thing I remember from my deaf ASL1 teacher was that I will always be judged. If I was going to grow as a strong signer I needed to learn how to take criticism. Don't sell your student short. She did a great job but instead of flattering her, you should give her real encouragement like pointing out her weakness. It would make her a stronger signer in the end.

  • My name is Jeff Mooney and I'm Deaf. This is my student and I gave her an A+. I give her all of the credit for learning. People should not judge her. She is only in ASL 1 and she did a great job . She should be proud for what she did in Level 1. You should support people who are in the process of learning, not put them down. A general rule of thumb: do not judge too quickly without knowing all the facts and consequences of impulsivities.

    Thank you

  • That was very good! I understood what she was saying too! I watched this video after I saw Ceelo's interview on the Today Show. He said that this was his favorite parody of his song. That's a Thumbs Up from the artist!

  • love it, but i could live without the tattoos. they kinda bug me. no offense.

  • She's hot

  • ASL or Sign Exact English, I don't care because I was able to understand what she was signing with passion with fire. If it is true that she is in ASL 2 class and that is how much she has learned at this point then I give her ALL OF THE CREDIT for learning and the GUTS to sing the rap song. I give her an A+ (That's coming from a teacher!).

  • So awesome!

  • Lol

  • I dont know ASL,BSL or even sign exact english.but when I turned off the sound, mute button,I got the message and meaning LOUD and CLEAR.Great job

  • Super fuckin glorious!

  • Amazing :D

  • That was great!! Hahaha so clever :)

  • I love it. This was awesome.

  • I don't know sign language, but this was awesome.

  • liveleak no longer exists

  • Love it! I had to do a fairy tale for my ASL 2 final. This blows "The Ugly Duckling" out of the water. :)

  • I wouldn't say ASL in the title of this video. This is Signed Exact English. People who don't know ASL well might get confused and think ASL is a code for English. You would never fingerspell "be" for the sentence "I'd still be with her." That's English, not American Sign Language.

  • @berniceq1 not all Deaf people use ASL order all the time though. if she signed it in ASL order it would just be confusing and awkward, and not really work well when she stressed her signs along with the lyrics.

  • @billcosbylvr ASL is American where BSL is British and they have different versions of signed words

  • @berniceq1 is right about it being Signed English, and not ASL. But that said, for a "signed song" this is quite well done. The fact that she signs exactly with the music instead of a half-step behind really punches the "F you" refrain. Her body language kicks ass. I'm also impressed that she didn't go for the cheap, obvious "F you" sign, and she used the flip-under-the-chin sign, which just makes it hilarious. If I allowed my students to sign songs, this one would get an "A".

  • love this!!

  • That is so cool

  • Brilliant. ASL final for school?

  • Is that a drag queen in the corner?

  • Great job girl!! This is awesome.

  • i sexed her arse

  • I love the conviction in the performance. Awesome.

  • Was that in an office? I wanna work there!

  • @beazer462 don't know (:

  • @beazer462 It's a college.
