One thing I can say is that we are digging for the same truth and u start from somewhere and somebody and it's good that we as a group of people and digging hopefully to pass as much info to the kids. history has been rewritten to cut us out of the world today we were slaves beat down pay taxes and die we did little outside of sports. good place to start. thanks all of you. and i don't know if the info is that old.......

The word "Nagas" in this video is improperly pronounced according to the Sanskrit and Tagalog languages. It isn't pronounced as "Nay-gas" or even "Neg-gas". It's pronounced "Nog-gas" as in Egg Nog. I suspect that this is a constant attempt to link the word Nagas with the slur "Nigger" as done by countless others on YouTube and various other places. The etymology of these two words are being INCORRECTLY confused for what reason I don't know. I think this is confusing many Black youth (see below)

Thinking Nagas is connected, many think the slur "Nigger" is OK to use FREELY and is a false representation of the REAL origin of the slur. Anyone with any real sense knows the original man was and is deeply Melanated! This is completely unneccesary and is opening the door to consistent "bad research" thats happening throughout the Black Conscious Community. Please refrain from putting misleading info out there because its like feeding the youth "bad food" instead of prompting them put in work.

@DKF76 The root etymology of NAGAS is NAG which means Snake in Sanskrit (not a European language). The root of Nigger is niger from Latin. In the video, he's BRIDGING the 2 words because they sound similar fbut are from 2 different root languages. The giveaway is his pronunciation. He trying to give depth to the slur(red) word in order to flip the script and empower the slur. That's WRONG and deceptive and completely unecessary. But for some reason, we're OBSESSED with having to use that word.

It became a slur HERE in America in the 1800s. 200 years later we're still giving life and meaning to the word, now even trying to giving it spiritual power? Nah Black. @DKF76 Helena Blavatsky dealt with Theosophy which is a system of belief based on MYSTICAL insight into the nature of God. The Hindu Nagas she's referring to were a form of Mythology that worshipped literal SNAKE PEOPLE. Many cultures including the Dogon (who were African)thought ACTUAL SNAKES were mystically powerful and beings who took the form of snakes/dragons were deities. It wasn't meant to be taken literal but mystically. They did not refer to the whole Black race as the Nagas! Peace God.

But he didn't lie. Naga does mean snake in other languages. Remember "Battle Monsters" on Saturn? Naga was medussa. And there are pyramids all over the world not just Egypt. The Cobra and Mamba are Africa's most sacred serpents and they are carved in hieroglphics in almost every tomb.
