  • screw you four eyed queer! this is great movie

  • Yous should hear the dubbing into Mexican Spanish, it's even more ridiculous!

  • This movie does pretty good as a dark comedy if you ask me.

  • Get a Job dawg

  • Missing in Action 2 poster looks like from some zombie movie

  • B movie or not, A or Z list celebs or not,CHUCK NORRIS or Steven Seagal are fantastic actors and do great stunts in their movie. We love B movies. How many crap high budget A list hollywood movies have been shoved down our throats and viewed as wonderful movies? We love B list movies. Not all "B list movies" have bad story lines or feature worn out actors.Get your story straight

  • moutherfucker! shut up and show the fuckin movie

  • fuck you

  • Also it's not a military base it's the American embassy in Saigon.

  • @BMovieRollOut You were correct to assume that MIA was indeed a Rambo rip-off. Chuck Norris was the king of 80s action movie rip-offs. Ever see Firewalker? Pale Indiana Jones imitator. James Cameron wrote Rambo II's story treatment in 1983 and shopped it around Hollywood. Cannon Films heard about the script and released MIA 1&2 just MONTHS before Rambo II, to cash in quickly. Critics and viewers have acknowledged this. The BBC has also published an article about the Rambo clones.

  • @edlitz36 Really?! Now that is very interesting. I'll have to address this in my next video. Thanks so much for the info!

  • Seriously, fuck all these films. Not only were they terrible, but extremely ignorant.

Yup, the Vietnamese commies are still keeping people in prison camps out in the middle of the jungle, torturing and raping Ameri-Asian orphans. Meanwhile, the Americunts are the good guys, they never did anything wrong in the war.

  • bro stop critisizing an amazing movie like "missing in action"

    go do something else instead.

  • @jvrdlc Relax, "bro", I like it to. My humorous criticism of it is a token of my love.

  • @BMovieRollOut is 1984´s runaway also considered as a beta movie?for me it does not look like that but the movie has some absurd elements

  • dude you are gay you prob think twilight is a good movie.

  • Grat Job!!!!

  • You said the plot of Missing in Action was "Plagiaristically (sic) close to Rambo: First Blood Part II". It can't be plagiarism if Missing in Action came out first. Release date 16 November 84, vs Rambo II, release date 22 May 85.

  • @unitedcitizens You are absolutely right! And I corrected that issue in my review of Rambo: First Blood Part II. Check it out!

  • @unitedcitizens You are absolutely right! And I corrected that issue in my review of Rambo: First Blood Part II. Check it out!

  • Don't forget Uncommon Valor preceded both. The fear of POWs being held in secret prison camps is a motif going back at least as far the Shadow novel the Shadow Unmasks. For Vietnam, this idea of missing veterans held in secret camps has been used in the following books and films: Mission MIA by J.C. Pollock, Uncommon Valor, Wolf, Missing in Action, Rambo: First Blood Part II, Executioner#43: Return to Vietnam by Stephen Mertz, as late as Executioner#209:Asian Crucible [released May 1996]

  • @unitedcitizens ERRR! Wrong. James Cameron wrote the story treatment to Rambo II in 1983 and later shopped it around Hollywood. Cannon Films having heard of the script decided to produce and release MIA 1&2 in theaters just MONTHS before Rambo II, in order to cash in quickly before it was dubbed a blatant Rambo rip-off. This has already been acknowledged by critics and viewers alike. The BBC has also published an article about the Rambo clones.

  • @edlitz36 Oh wow you're right! The Cannon Group used their psychic powers to interpret what the sequel to First Blood was going to be, and then they made their own film before Rambo: First Blood 2 could come out.

  • @unitedcitizens Are you that stupid? Can't you read? Do you know what a story treatment or a movie script is? A treatment is a general outline of what a film is about. Cameron wrote it in '83 and passed it around various studios. 1 studio that reviewed the story was Cannon Group. But they specialized in B-movie garbage. Knowing that Rambo was going to be a big Stallone vehicle, they quickly released MIA 1&2 only 2 months before Rambo. Cannon Group did this A LOT in the 1980s.

  • @edlitz36 Are you too stupid to know what plagiarism is? They're completely different movies.

  • @unitedcitizens I guess you answered my question. You ARE that stupid. Missing in Action took the plot of Rambo and watered it down, and was rushed to the theaters to make a quick buck. You are obviously confused about the word plagiarsm. And notice, that you didn't even try to refute any of that information. You just give banal, generic "arguments" without backing it up with additional information. Cannon Group specialized in riding the success of other popular films.

  • @edlitz36 You're a fucking loser, every action movie plot is completely interchangeable besides those two. Cop gets revenge for murdered partner. The bad guy has the hero's daughter. The killer is someone among them.

  • @unitedcitizens Vengeance is a common theme in film. A one-man army rescuing POWs still in 'Nam that a committee denies and mowing down entire VC forces is NOT a theme, it's the entire plot of each film. How many films have you seen utilize that EXACT dramatic structure? It is a WELL known fact that Cannon Group ripped Cameron's script that was floating around Hollywood. You can read various online articles that confirm this. You can deny it all you want but it doesn't make it any less true.

  • I'm looking for a quote which I heard someone say a bunch of times in 1988 or 1989. I think it was one of the Missing in action movies either I or II. A foreign commander says: (Braddock?) "I gonna git you" can anyone tell me what movie this quote belongs to? - Thanks

  • @pcofranc Well, at one point General Quoc screams "I gotchu Braddock! I gotchu!". It happens near the end of the movie and I actually make fun of that line in my review. Check out the end of Part 2 of this review. Maybe that's what you are looking for!

  • Which roll-out are you then??? 'Z' probably!

  • You look to deep brother, just let it flow.

  • You're right, dude. In these early episodes I wasn't quite sure how to act in front of the camera -- but the I am a bit more loose in the one I am working on now, so be sure to check it out when its online!

    Thanks for the comment!

  • so thats where "GET TO THE CHOPPA"comes from

  • This film came out in 1988 & PREDATOR came out in 1987 so you're wrong in that assumption.

    Arnold pwns Chuck

  • The main villain of Braddock: Missing in Action III is General Quoc, not General Quack. It sounds like he's a duck, lol.

  • I don't find "Quoc" so strange as a name. It's a common Vietnamese name.

  • Honestly, I agree with you. However the dramatic way he says it was something I couldn't resist. Also it was a set-up for easy jokes like "Gen. Clock", etc.

Also, for a Canon film villain, I was expecting a more intimidating name.

  • I liked how you threw in the Rambo, Star Wars, and Lethal Weapon references...

  • Thanks! All part of the creative process!

  • General Quack made the mistake of thinking electricity would hurt Chuck Norris.

Rather it made Chuck even more powerfull
