1996 Mirage evo 6 powered, 12 sec quarter mile

cheers for replying bro.. iv picked up a 1.5ltr manual front wheel drive mirage like yours as evo mirage project but just wanting some hints for making it a awd 4g63t... id probably be importng a wrecked evo 5, will it all bolt straight up? do i need to change the loom. anything will help.

@shaunimiya i dont know much about the fwd mirages, mine was 4wd from the factory floor. I heard you can weld in the evo 4-9 rear floor, and then just bolt everything up. That would probably be the easiest plan. I guess you'll just have to wait and see what fits!

bro thats a sick mirage... i'm looking at doing the same thing but just wanted to know if the AWD gearbox, diffs, hubs, brake lines and loom all bolt straight up. also did you have to fab or change anything? and, any idea if the evo 5 bumper, lights, guards and skirts fit straight on like the old mirages did with the evo 3 kit... i would appreciate any help

@shaunimiya when you say AWD, are you talking about Evo 4-9 parts or the 4wd parts out of the CL2A mirage? engine and gearbox/transfer bolts in. Guards/lights etc will need mods to make it fit. Use an evo 3 rear diff with evo 4+ (1996 mitsi) ring gear and pinion.

hey mean mirage, how hard was it to put the 4g63 in it and approx cost? thinking of doing something similiar to mine also a gen 5 mirage.

@fourcylinderkiller very easy to do. Everything bolts in. Just get a wrecked/crashed evo5/6 and swap everything over. Check out my other vids, i've done a 11.10 now :)
