  • Thank you, loved this. Great range of movements, very inspirational. Go kids! You're the future :)

  • Loved your video! What was the purpose drawing with both hands?

  • Just watching this AGAIN! Love it!

  • Sharon great video and thanks for the link.. you should have the kids try spinning on a Billy Board® to correct balance in the vestibular sensing system.. you would see faster results and academics will improve by 15% . This was the result when the BB was used in the Seattle School System with Bud Turner. and the kids would have a blast spinning. Challenge.. Brain Gym and Billy Board® .. a great pair! Happy Balancing of the Brain!

  • I am a Montessori preschool teacher. We use Brain Gym and Rhythmic Movement Training every day. It's amazing to see a bunch of tense, hyped up preschoolers settle into work after the morning exercises.

I am inspired by Sharon's energy level. I will have to bring some of that energy into my school.

  • So loosening up the kids is a specialised subject now! crazy world!Love it though, shes a great great teacher. Some of the anglo teachers of braingym are so stiff and dull, she instead exudes health, fun and vitality. The kids become so much more grounded in their bodys & balanced,a great tension release hey.THE KINESIOLOGY ASPECT IS FASCINATING TOO(p.s why dont they come up with an easier word for kinesiology-it is a bit wankee, elitist and too long.call it bodybalancing or something.kate

  • yes it definitely could. The lady has done a superb job and the video is truly inspiring. However, if you get the chance to follow her class or a Brain GYm 1 class instead of simply staying with this short video don;t hesitate to do it!!! I thank you Sharon for this video post.

  • What a fab demo of Brain Gym in a class setting.

I hope teachers of autistic children with Dyspraxia view this so they have some idea WHY they are implementing this and HOW to do so.

    Thank you

  • I am looking for ideas to use with my second grade students at the end of the day. We have math after lunch and it is so hard to get them to focus. Would this work with 7 and 8 year olds????

  • This stuff works with kids of all ages and adults.

I do it with my 6 year old son and with my husband.

We also do exercises from Rhythmic Movement Training.

The idea is that you are restructuring the brain by integrating reflexes-- getting out of being stuck in a rut.
