It seems to me this car must be an automatic because I have a 2011 370z manual 6speed and if you watch him shift it looks as if he is shifting his automatic manually. Otherwise it sounds pretty good I have all what he has listed but the headers.

RCZ34: how would you recommend this kit for a track based 370z? knowing that you had it for a while now, any shortfalls?

@ExtremeUAE This would be an awesome kit for the track as long as you take the necessary precautions to track a high compression forced induction motor. Power is very linear and so far the kit seems very reliable. I am many thousands of miles later and havent had any problems with the kit whatsoever.

@370z4TW No, this is a centrifugal sc, not a screw type.

@370z4TW Well you can't make this supercharger whine like that, BUT, if you have the resources (time, money, ect) you can mount a TWIN SCREW supercharger on top of the engine like the Ford guys. Being as though there are no kits for this car that utilize a twin screw, everything but the supercharger itself would have to be custom made to fit properly. But you are on to something, cuz what a sound that would be!

hot. i know its not the point of supercharging, but how big of an impact is this on your daily driving fuel mileage. obviously if your foot is in it, its bad,but how about just regular driving?

@furian777 I track the car so I wanted something more reliable and SC puts a LOT less stress on the engine than the TT does. It also has a much smoother torque curve. So it made sense for me to go SC.

@furian777 Its all good. It's not 100% necessary, but it makes the job a lot easier. I went to J Spec Automotive in palm beach, he has done a lot of 370z and honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else for work on my Z. For tuning, I trust Jack from HP Logic. No worries about the questions man, do you have a Z?

@RCZ34 Hey man sorry to but into this convo, but I also have a 370Z, and I have exhaust and intake on my car, but I have the headers sitting in the garage, and I want to put a SC on my Z. I know the SC will deplete the intake, but thats not what im worried about. What im worried about is how the car will last and run on a SC if your Z is your daily driver (basically going to the gym after work, and cruising for a little bit), and some long distance vacations here and there. Would this be OK?

@AustenWinn Thats what I use mine for, so no problem whatsoever. Drivability is exactly the same as before the SC. I have had to change nothing other than my eagerness on the pedal and how often I visit the pump.

@xdevildogscoutx: When I was on the worn out NT-05 tires I would chirp 4th all day and would sometimes slide through the top of 3rd. I have since gotten RE-11's and can hook up all gears.

Love your videos bro ! give all of us who are considering S/C their cars (370Z/G37) an idea of what the Stillen S/C Kit is like and what type of power its capable of...

curious though did Stillen give you a custom tune/ flash for all their products installed for the Complete Bolt On CARB Kit or did you get the Bolt On Tuner kit and got a custom tune ? BTW love the numbers your car is putting down... absolutely amazing !

@NissanSkyline370GT: You are very welcome man. I did a custom tune on a tuner kit. I bought my injectors from Stillen too...so all in all its essentially a CARB kit with a custom tune. I think that's the best way to go with this kit. As far as the numbers, its definitely making a lot more power now with the cold weather. That dyno was at 8.2psi and I hit 10.3 the other night..
