Are you talking about Meeper's TAS of Corneria? If so, then yeah, I can see 108 being possible but surely, on an N64, those techniques are almost impossible to pull off.
For example, getting a Hit+3 off of the enemies appearing after you go through the crack is so hard it isn't worth trying.
Also, I had no idea a CUS would be able to reach the 3 enemies after the checkpoint. I guess you would have to fire a CUS really late and loop into the checkpoint. I'll have to try that sometime.
I looked on and shoot the charged shot then, and I got the hit+2, but then I had to loop into the checkpoint, to get it, and by that time, the three ships had not crashed down to the ground yet, so I got the three hits for killing them, AFTER I went through the checkpoint.... hope you know what I mean.

1. This camera will do fine. I know it isn't the best quality camera in the world but it will do. Also, I don't have enough money to buy a new expensive one. I would do a direct feed of it like in my other videos but my PAL EyeTV can't read an NTSC signal unfortunately.
2. Obviously that would be awesome but it is extremely hard to do this and the chance of getting it on camera are very low.
Based on that score, how many lives do you get at the end of the entire game?

lol I suck at corneria (compared to you and allan anyway)... I could never even dream of getting better than a 189 checkpoint here...

Yeah, sometimes I got 108 after the first robot,
I observed this technique in another video here on youtube and I decided to try...
I also tried look and CUS the 3 enemies after checkpoint, instead of sending a bomb, so I got 5 hits instead 3 hits...

Well it was only a matter of time really. Go for 365-368 now! With a better 2nd half I'm sure it is possible :)

wow i just had to say great job with getting that many hits, but 2 tips for your videos.
1. get a much better quality camera/camcorder
2. show the whole level so there is proof that you acctually got that many hits. i believe you did, just saying.
