Evenly gifted, possibly, as a vocalist and great songwriter, Siedah Garrett would be a household name in a fair world. My fave Brand New Heavies is the Shelter project with Siedah on most lead vocals and her def writing skills on display. Their/her version of Carole King's much-covered 'You've Got A Friend' might be 1 of the best ever! Funky. : )
