  • Ahahaha, Chong Sau Lin & the late Rambo Chin. God bless them both :')

  • BAIYUE is that type of vietnamese that likes to believe the "bai yue" confederation/civilization is the center of east asian culture (his name says it all). i'm sure many chinese on youtube have encountered them at least once.

and i think the reason why he always "challenges" the chinese for speaking mandarin is because he thinks, and here's the funny part, the non-mandarin speaking chinese are part of this "bai yue". he can't realize that the chinese language is a language group, and not 1 lang

  • @Kinhlup hakka part in 4:10-5:25

  • what is hakka part? Someone tell me, please

  • its so great i understand both hokkien and cantonese and im not even from malaysia

  • @ChenJunHung haha that's good. i that means ur should be from taiwan, i can speak hokkien, cantonese, hakka and fuzhou. =o]

  • @JeromeLeong i grew up in a cantonese community in california, thats why i can understand cantonese well, but i dont speak it much. my parents speak hokkien at home, so i can speak it perfectly wel. and i dont know any hakka and fuzhou lol

  • @ChenJunHung i thought it was mandarin.haha

  • @ChenJunHung Good for you! I hope you will pass on your traits to the next generation!

  • Is this version is imitate? cos i have seen another version same but earlier than this Wu Long Mai Gao Yao [HOKKIEN] . who copy who?

  • 好笑!!!

  • 好笑!!!

  • 好笑!!!

  • 好笑!!!

  • LOL hhahaaha so funny this video..

  • anyone tell me which part is hokkien, hakka & cantonese

  • LOL! 2:16 is halrious

  • keuidei jan hai hou ah...

  • hahaha

This is hilarious and as a Malaysian Chinese, I am very proud to say I know many dialects!

  • @BAIYUE i think you should look up Han Chinese in Wikipedia.

  • @JeromeLeong

concept of han in wiki is not acuracy.and you even can change data in wiki.

I repeat one ethnic also speak one language. And now Han chinese speak madarin.Madarin is language of Han chinese.

  • @BAIYUE1 Nonsense, Han chinese is an ethnic, an ethnic that speak different dialects of chinese, Mandarin is one of the dialect of chinese, so are cantonese and taiwanese, or what ever it is. You get it?

  • @JeromeLeong

I think you don't understand or you deliberately deny it.

    Cantonese,madarin,shanghainese,hokkien are different language,not dialect.

And Chinese has 56 ethnic include Han,Zhuangzu,h'mong,... with each ethnic has itself language.

And Han chinese is one of 56 ethnic of chinese. So Han chinese has to speak one clearly language.

i advise you that you should read again concept of ethnic.

  • @BAIYUE1 U dont understand me either, they are a branch of Chinese dialects, so are mandarin, mandarin is western and northern branch of chinese dialects while southern chinese dialect is cantonese, mandarin and so on, h'mong is not han chinese, han chinese is an ethnic consist of 1.4 billion now living all over the world. If you say 1 ethnic speak 1 language, what if an African or Indonesian speak Mandarin , are they still consider as HAN? u makes no sense.

  • @BAIYUE1 Let me repeat this again, Every ethnic speak their own language, correct, Mandarin , Cantonese, Hokkien and so on are a branch of Chinese dialect. Mandarin is westerner and northerner, Cantonese is southerner, Min is also Southerner, Southerner includes Guang dong , Fujian , and so on, they are Han Chinese that is where my ancester from , u understand? I speak English doesn't mean i'm a White people. Right? How funny are you.

  • @JeromeLeong ASK all your friend, during the Tang Dynasty, Mandarin is not the official language, But they speak Southern Dialect, At the same time they are consider as Chinese and also speaks chinese, but they do not speak mandarin. Get your facts right, check on online resources,i never deny anything, im speaking based on truth and facts, while in the other hand i have no idea what you blabbering about. i prefer to call my self Tang Chinese instead of Han, Lol!

  • @BAIYUE1 cantonese speakers, hokkien speakers, mandarin speakers and hakka speakers are all Han Chinese. All of those languages, and many others, are different dialects, originally coming from middle-old chinese.

Han Chinese do not speak 'one language', even the word 漢語 refers to any of the languages I mentioned, and many more, not only mandarin.

  • @bhministry

shame on you!Cantonese don't think as you.

It is only idea of Mandarin and chinese mandarin government.

Belive it or not,you can ask Cantonese in Mainland.

  • @JeromeLeong Why are you even arguing with a retard like Baiyue1?? Don't waste your breath man. He can't tell the difference between dialect and language. He doesn't know anything about our culture. If he's a mainlander, he's brainwashed by the Commie Govt. If he's a foreigner, don't even waste your time.

  • @BAIYUE1 YES 1 ethnic speak 1 language, but 1 language consist of hundreds of dialects.

  • @BAIYUE1 I'm white. I speak Mandarin. One ethnic group does not speak only one language. (That's a stupid assertion.) There's a reason Cantonese people who don't speak a word of Mandarin can read and write Chinese, regardless of whether the writer spoke Cantonese or Mandarin. Even in Chinese language, 中文 refers to any chinese dialect, and 華人 to any chinese person, regardless of whether they speak mandarin, cantonese, hokkien etc. You must be an uneducated mainlander from a rural village...

  • @bhministry

    I know!so what wrong?

Cantonese is language.even in Cantonese has some Cantonese dialect. You even don't know it.

  • @bhministry BAIYUE is indeed uneducated, but he isn't from a rural village from mainland China. that's a stupid assumption, since even mainlanders from a rural village knows the definition of speaking 中文 and being a 華人 .

BAIYUE is a vietnamese who goes on to videos like these criticising Chinese people for learning, or being able to speak, Mandarin.

he also keen on historical revisionism to deny chinese people's history and culture.

i've been arguing with this guy, on and off, for months now.

  • I'm Malaysian-Chinese, i Speak hokkien similar to Taiwanese. Hahahaha d4mn funny, my stomach wan burst already.

  • HOKKIEN,CANTONESE,HAKKA WILL DEATH BY HAN CHINESE LANGUAGE(MADARIN)

  • @BAIYUE1 no

  • @BAIYUE1 What you mean? They are still Han Chinese,Funny la you. What are you talking about? They are all han wat.

  • @JeromeLeong

Han chinese is one of 56 ethnic of china.and one ethnic only speak one language. Now Chinese government choose madarin is official language of chinese and of Han chinese.

hokkien is descendant of Min Yue.

  • @BAIYUE1 i speak Mandarin also wat. So your saying that people don't speak mandarin means that they are not Han? hahaha.

  • Thumbs up if u think the ppl who didnt laugh at the show dont understand dialects!

  • @HokeyPokeyProduction yea. i have the same problem.. i only understand the part where he speaks cantonese.. then im dont know what he is saying..

  • hahahaha... kao beh kao wu.... agak agak. 100% original malaysian production =)

  • dats too bad... but u guys still speak hokkien rite?

  • u sure Sg banned? i think only banned in school right? not in public?

  • FARRRRNNNNY~

  • In Xiamen, they might. I am a Malaysian expatriate in Melbourne, when I went to XM, I could understand their Hokkein, in Taipei too. Mainland chinese are so envious of Malay Chinese in that the latter can speak English, Mandarin, Bahasa plus at least 3 other dialets. Are they Malaysian comedians?

  • correction: we're Malaysian Chinese. Malay is another race...

  • When Malaysian Chinese speak Mandarin, Chinese mainland ppl laughs. When Malaysian Chinese speak Cantonese, Chinese HK ppl laughs. When they speak English, the world laughs...hahaha

  • wtf

  • @Stephahaha I don't understand, how does Malaysian Chinese speak cantonese funny? Please enlighten me.

  • @Stephahaha why HK ppl laugh us???u think hk cantonese 100%correct??? i speak 廣州音, not 香港音.

  • @fattization I am from HK and I am not laughing at the Cantonese spoken by Malaysians (or anyone). In fact, I think the Malaysian Cantonese sounds really similar to the Cantonese spoken by older generation in HK. I feel it sounds very familiar. HK Cantonese has a lot of English words mix in and merges some of the different vowels; Even nowadays the Guangzhou Cantonese has a lot of mix words of Mandarin (sigh).

  • @yu2000yu Ive noticed that hong kong cantonese has a lot of lazy tones now =/ like the "n" sound becoming "L" sounds... lucky I learned my cantonese from my grandparents.

  • @rmx200x It depends on who speaks it and their level of education, age, and native language. Also, language is an ever-changing thing, even the TV news anchor American English spoken in the 50s is different from those spoken now. Yes, it seems HK Cantonese is heading that way, like omitting the "t" sound. My Chinese teacher in HK said I also miss some "t" and "d" sounds, but I am the relatively "better ones" in my generation. I grew up speaking that way and can't help it.

  • @yu2000yu This people are old people..so they speak old cantonese.

We Anyhow..if is Chinese , we all mix malay chinese hokkien cantonese english etc in our daily speaking.

U can see the video is old Malaysia video..so it's kinda old style

  • @Stephahaha

    true

but atleast malaysian speak English and Cantonese better than mainland China,

speaks Mandarin and English better than HK Chinese,

speaks Cantonese and Mandarin than the rest of the world who can only speak nothing but English.

  • @Stephahaha No mainly just English people (I'm English too) laugh when they speak English ^^

  • @Stephahaha When mainland Chinese eat dogs, malaysians laugh. When mainland Chinese get insulted for not KNOWING ANY ENGLISH, the world laughs. When Hong Kong doesn't know any other language than cantonese. THE WORLD LAUGHS. At least Chinese Malaysians try to learn other languages unlike you dumb mainland chinese...

  • @Xnevergivupx Stephahaha is a Malaysian la dailou , he's not a mainland chinese lol.

  • This is actually very good and funny. If properly discovered by the Hokkeins in China, it will have 1 million views soon.

  • haha, thats cool, but u think china citizen will understand??? its in malaysia wor

  • hey where did you get this video? Do you have a clearer version?

  • erm, dont have.. sorry...

  • That was nice, hell, I'd buy whatever they're selling even if they were doing this just for fun.

  • No point putting subtitles. It would be lost in translation. Thank god I speak Hokkien, Cantonese and Mandarin. Now... must learn Hakkan next :P

  • 劲搞笑的~

  • Haha, thanks...

  • Damn....somebody put subtitles for those who can't understand all three dialects!

  • it's not funny anymore if it's translated

  • yea, really. cant catch if translated

  • My mother laugh so much la! She cry la!!! :P

  • Oh really? Hahaha!! thanks alot!!!

  • i like it so funny HAHAHA.....
