He's shadow from FF VI. Shadow didn't survive the collapse of Kefka's tower and fell through a magical warp portal to FE. Gogo in FFV did the same thing and landed in VI. Once on Tellius, he continued his work. As for the song I have no freaking clue what it is, sounds Ninja Gaideny though.

No...I did it. I removed his the brightness on his eyes to make him look more gone.

You know how Yanderes always loose their eyes reflection when they go crazy? That's the same with Ike.

And I also did it with Lilina...only that Lilina has dark pupils wich makes her look far more psycotic and dangerous than Ike now.
