well i'll think i will get one. im doing the usually routine the floor sit ups and my neck really hurts. in my opinion its a matter how you use the ab rocket to achieve your goal... i think you must devote time in using the ab rocket to have a better result :-)

If you want it to work then you will need to use it everyday, PLUS, eat well, PLUS do cardio exercise too. It does work, but it is not a miracle product. You still need to put in the work, and workout hard!

I have had and have used mine for over a year and it has not broke. Once i did snap one of the attachment bands, but those are easy and somewhat cheap to replace. I believe you have to pay extra for the attachment to work your arms, but it IS worth it. The FlexMaster DOES make the AbRocket better.

I have been using it for 1 1/2 weeks and my abs are sore about every damn day, Before that I had to do at least 250 to get even a little sore the next day, Now I only do about 100 and I get even better results, and I dont have back pain either, so I can do it all day long..but I kinda get lazy after about 200 heh..

considering there is no "spandex" in the product, I think you should be upset with your choice of workout clothing, rather than the machine. i worked with 20-people with weights up to near 300 pounds, and nobody had an issue like that.

Ahhh, i got ya. i haver snapped bands before as well. That's not an Ab-Rocket issue though, as the machine itself just used standard bands as an attachment, and when i snapped bands, they weren't attached to anything. Sorry that happened. That sucks!
