Great video. I'm going out to NZ in July and I can't wait now. It's a shame they removed phase 4, that was the best bit :-). Good luck golfcharlie232. Most of the people at my phase 2/3 found the selection quite enjoyable.

I'm applying for the CTC Cadet scheme in july .. Tthe chances to get through the whole selection process are quite small but still the dream is alive !!
