THe frost troll is a pain in the butt for low levels. It's actually a good idea to sidequest to level 10-ish before trying to fight it.

I pulled my back a while ago while playing with my dogs. It was rediculously painful, epecially getting up in the morning or any quick movements.

In the end I put my hands on a pull up bar, locked my legs around the door frame, and pulled myself up (legs locking my lower body in place), and my back cracks like a bitch and i was magically fine!

One of my vertebrae had slightly displaced and was pinching a nerve, by slightly pulling it , it pushed it back into place.

Try it in a couple days
