I actually do not know when this song will be coming out sadly. =(
I only know that it will be on their next CD, which we havent even gotten a release date for yet... I did talk to the guys here the other night tho and Ben told me that I might be sometime next year. They still have quite a bit of work left to do on it.
HOWEVER, in the meantime, while we wait for the next CD, they are gonna have a DVD coming out soon!!!
I heard that the DVD will include live performances of all their new songs, (Theres like 3 or 4 total) Plus some of the older stuff will be on there to I heard!!!!! I believe they told me the DVD will go on sale sometime around October 11th!
And just so you know, theyre getting ready to start a really long tour at the end of September too! The list of dates is HUGE!!! None of them are posted up on the After Edmund site yet tho...
Yeah, I know that & I actually couldnt agree more! THIS video was shot back in January after the first started doing it live. I believe it was only the 2nd or 3rd time they'd ever done it. (But IDK for sure, so dont quote me on that, lol!)
But anyways... I went to see them again about 2 months after this & they were kickin' it! LOL!!! I could not believe HOW MUCH they had improved in just a couple a weeks! These guys are amazing at what they do, that is for sure!!! I tried to take a video of this song the 2nd time I seen them do it, but my camera died half-way through. :( But I will deffinatley record it the next time for sure! But sadly, that probly wont be til August. (But that show will make my 10th AE concert, lol!) -_~
Ohhh..... and Above The Golden State is great. Only the lead singer was there though cause his band couldn't make it. All of the songs were Acoustic. It was great!
I wish I could go & see them, but I cant travel outta state right now cuz I dont have a reliable enough car. :(
I went to NewSong's 'Rescue Tour' a few years ago & Jimmy Needham opened up for them. The same thing happened to him. His band wasnt there & he did an all accoustic set. It was really coo & he did such a great jobl!!! & Ive been a Jimmy fan ever since, lol! :)
No actually. This was a weekend concert thing that they did with Leeland here in Ohio back in January. Friday night they were in Ashland, which is where this Video was shot. And Saturday they were in Cincinnatti. I went to both concerts that weekend, lol! It was so nice to see them 2 days in a row! =) LOVE these guys!!!!
Ohhh..... okay. I wasn't sure when the tour started. I'd never heard of AE before March 3. I loved them when I heard them, especcialy Clouds. This song was great too. I like their hair better spiked though.
Well the tour in March was actually their 2nd tour w/ B429. The 1st tour was Oct - Dec of 08 with AE, B429 & Addison Road. The tour their on now, the one u went to, I believe it started in Feb. just B4 V-Day. Isnt that the one with AE, B429, Above the Golden State & Kimber Rising? I wish I could go to that tour, but none of the stops are in OH! :( ...Anyways, I checked out AtGS just because I heard they were touring with AE & actually really liked some if their stuff! Were they good live?
& yeah, Clouds IS awesome! I love how they do the intro now! So cool with the sound effects when Mitch says Hello in the beginning! Clouds was actually the very 1st song I ever heard them do. That was 1&1/2 years ago & Ive seen them a total of 9 times now, lol! They just keep getting better every time I see them! They're always finding new ways to change it up and improve... as if they need improvement, lol! They're already perfect in every way! Hahaha!!!
Take this song, Backwards, for example. I seen them towards the end of Nov & they hadnt even started doing this song yet. Then, 2 months later, THIS video was shot in January.... Now compare THIS to what u seen on March 3rd & look at how much better it is now! Now they've added in that really cool intro with the light-bulb effects and even added an extra chorus at the end of the song & Ben has really improved with the guitar solo in the middle....
... Isnt it amazing what they've done with this song in less than 2 MONTHS time? And it is that way with ALL of their songs really. Each of them have evolved and gotten better over the past year since the album was released. I absolutely love going to their live shows because u never know what to expect! Its hard to say what they will do next because they are constantly changing and growing as artists.... (Wait, there's more, LOL! I hate how this thing keeps cutting me off. Grrr!!!)
It would be so awesome If they'd remake a LIVE edition of the entire Hello Album. I think it'd be great to just compare the two and see how much theyve developed in only a years time... If u ever get the chance to go see them again, DO IT!!!
& ur right, I LOVE the hair, & all the Purple too! They got it done for the Grammys last month & they all look SO good! They truly have come a long way & I know they're just gonna keep on going! God is using those boys to do such amazing things! :)
Lol, yea. I went with my youth group. Our pastor came with us, and he didn't like them that much. He said he was getting old and sound was more distored, lol. We kinda argued with them in the picture line cause we baught a Building 429 t-shirt instead of theirs. It was kinda funny. It was in a church so their wasn't that many people there. We only stood in line for about 4 minutes.

B4 AE took stage, there were these 2 girls at the mercandise table looking at their poaster. The one girl was telling her friend about After Edmund & how she had heard them B4 and that they were really good. Mitch overheard these girls talking about them & he walks up to them & starts arguing with the one liked them...
He was like "No way, this band Stinks! & that guy right there" (He points to himself on their poaster) "He cant even sing! I heard that he was horrible & he doesnt even look like that anymore. They all suck! You probly shouldnt watch them when they go up." She was like, "But I like them!" Then they started having this little argument. That girl got so mad! She didnt even realise who he was untill he was like, "Oh btw, my name's Mitch. Im the lead singer for the After Edmunds!" It was great, LOL!
