Most the harmonics were pinch harmonics, but I think the one at the end was a natural harmonic found over the pickups.

instead of playing a harmonic and pushing the bar down he pulled it up to tighten the strings and make the note go higher in pitch

I believe he just does a pinched harmonic on the open G string, and starts to let up on the whammy bar, like a reverse dive bomb.

i think with his left hand, he pushes the tremolo down, then artifical harmonics an open string, G , I think. Then he brings up the tremolo.
