What is the gopro camera settings? Is it set on high or low and with or without the white waterproffing o-ring installed?

I use a Race Technology DL1 data logger and then use TrackVision software to overlay the data on top of the video. You can use pretty much any of the popular data loggers out there; TrackVision will import data from several of them.
