  • @thudmuju ok Thankyou

  • HOW do you get her that tame please?

  • HOW do you get her that tame please?

  • All of my birds do that when they want a bath.

  • happy and wants a bath

  • He wants a bath poor bird

  • That girl is desperate for a male cockatiel.

  • :)) happy wonderfull video

  • Right my female cockatiel does this around her mate. Daddy must really love her! How cute. Thanks for posting. I watch bird porn all the time.

  • she is georgious! Looks identical to my very first female cockatiel.

  • woow!, your cockatiel is tooOo cool!

  • lol

  • you are a creep ! DX

  • @wewetheparakeet You are a douche. This is a happy little tiel.

  • She looks like she's trying to get sex or something.

  • She is the sweetest baby ever! I love it when my birds get so cuddly and cute! If you are good to your bird they will love you like that. They are like velcro buddies.

  • This is the gayest shit I ever seen.

  • porn LOL "oooh"

  • How do you know shes a girls plse?

  • My cockatiel does that when is making the shower, are you sure that is affecting?

PS: sorry for may real bad english

  • Yup!! That bird wants a bath! Thats what they do when they want a bath!

  • Try giving her a bath. It looks like thats what she wants.

  • my bird used to be very affectionate with my leg when i had him....>.> lol

  • she is totally flirting with you ;) lol so affectionate! love it!

  • What a lucky person you are! God bless you and your dear cute Cockatiel, it makes us very happy to watch such a beautiful video, full of love and understanding. Thank you so much for sharing!!

  • your bird is a buy because i have a girl and it's not like yours

  • My birds did the same, and it was not for want of a bath! They all wanted to be near me, preferably on my shoulder or under my jacket.

  • You can tell that you love that bird very much and I kinda think she feels the same.:) Too cute thanks for posting!

  • My male whiteface does the same thing, except he tangles himself up in my hair and doesn't like it when I untangle him. <3

  • That realy like my bird!! o.o

  • That was so PRECIOUS!

  • your bird is all LOVE!!!!

  • perv lol

  • hopefully you gave her a bath sir...

  • Ya we have a tiel too, she wants a bath is all. Time to break out the spray bottle.

  • One thing Youtube has no shortage of is people who think they know better than the original poster after a two minute clip. I have a 'tiel that behaves quite similarly regardless of how many baths he's had or when. It's just his way when he's out and crawling around on and around me.

  • Maybe he just spits a lot when he talks...? xD

  • @DJtriplethreat78... i love how you said peeing instead of preening.. lol. i know what you meant though.. just thought it was funny...

  • soo amazing !!!!

  • That bird JUST LOVES YOU!!! =)

  • 1 this bird is a female

2 wants to take a bath

  • you got some bird doo doo on ur upper lip LOL

  • While I'd disagree that Zeus is being straightforwardly affectionate, her being comfortable enough to preen on your shoulder so close to your face is a sort of display of affection. Animals will typically only clean themselves in a place that they feel safe. So you can at least take heart that Zeus feels safe with you. =)

By the way, awesome name for a cockatiel. <3

  • She is preening, LOL. She obviously hasn't been bathed in a while. She doesn't seem as close as you put her out to be. She's cleaning herself as best as she can. I think you should clean her soon, bro.

  • this bird isn't peeing... wtf? My friends bird did this when when I would blow air over its feathers. This means they are really enjoying whatever is happening to them at that time.

  • If a bird did that to me I'd be like WTF? but seriously, that bird's trying hard to show its love.

  • I think the bird is taking a bath. another one sprays water on him. nothing more. our bird does the same

  • u named him after a ancient greek god?

  • ok this dude is weird and i guess he likes bird pussy in his face thats why he has bag under his eyes like a disease or something......fukin weirdo

  • shes preening on u

  • hahahahaha you are so funny, hahahaha

He is lovely and i have the same white face but he is 5 montths old!!

    nice video,

    Peace.

  • Aww, my bird does that too sometimes.

  • sorry man, but shes preening, and you said that she just had a bath? then shes probably trying to dry off. My cockatiel does that even after shes dry.

  • haha, mine did stuff like that too. every time I got home it would fly and land on my shoulder. they make great pets.

  • Comment removed

  • she's craving a bath!! so adorable :D my tiel does that when she wants to be sprayed with a bit of water (open wings, roll around, etc)

  • I think she wants a bath! haha. that's what my bird does when he wants me to spray him!

  • Is this the most affectionate type of bird or what is?

  • @nofreedomofspeech

cockatoos are the most affectionate I know of. They get very atttached to you and are the most open to being touched...well, everywhere.

But you should read up on them if you are thinking about getting one. It's very easy to kill them if you're not careful.

  • Conures are super affectionate too :)

  • @nofreedomofspeech As kelixkey2255 said, the cockatoos are -- and the cockatiel is the tiniest member of the cockatoo family. (Scientists wouldn't admit this for, like... most of history... what's up with that?)

I have a baby 'tiel, too... <3 so loving <3.

    -returns to obscurity-

    <3.

  • id watch out the next step after that mating dance is food sharing which involves her throwing up on you

  • I'll have whatever he's had... looks more pissed than i do after a 15 pint session...

  • cute birdie she must love you lots. only time my bird does this is when I sprinkle him with water lol....wish my bird would cuddle with me. ~

  • only female affection this guy ever got

  • @sewagedweller as if you know what female affection is like. you're such a little shit.

  • cockatiel orgasm....

  • @e7snype LOL THATS AT I WAS THINKING BIRDS LIKE WANT SOME OF THIS? I WANNA BE PLUCKED LOL

  • mine dont even like me so the most they will do is sit at the top of the cage

  • sweet tiel. You look stoned.

  • creepy video...

  • "aaaaw yeah"

  • My cockatiel is super lovey too. She was hand fed as a baby and loves scratches.

  • Mine is like that too...follows me around the house, has laid at least 40 eggs for me, and won't settle down until she is on my shoulder for a head scratch. xD

  • I wish my cockatiel was like that. He won't even let us pet him.

  • try touching its head -can try using gloves for some min (NO more 'coz its feathers can damaged). :) mine used to bite me as well, now is sweet heart XD.

  • That's sooo cute! My Cockatiel are on the exact same mood at the moment lol! :D

  • Too cute! We keep trying with our bird, but he doesn't seem the least bit interested.

  • My Choco does this if he get's splashed with water, or if it starts to rain. So cute.

  • so cuuuute......<3 (and the bird is not bad either ;)

  • i'm jealous! so cute!!

  • lol, i went to the wild animal park in san diego, and i got one of the lorikeets to sit on my shoulder. he would just reach around m face and bite my lower lip X3

  • my girl is so affectionate, just the same! i wouldnt trade her for anything!

  • Amor e carinho é tudo!!! Parabéns p/ sua Calopsita.......MARAVILHOSA.

  • The sound is from my Computer

  • that bird isnt being affectionate, shes preening, and shaking around cus she wants to bathe.

  • wrong

  • @stihlman37 no ur wrong shes preening

  • @kanye1204 actually, she isnt preening. she is showing affection by putting her head down and looking up at him. my bird does that when she wants to be pet. and by "hugging" him, it was probably a trick he taught her. if she was preening, she would have her head only under one wing while puffed out, she wouldnt have both out.

  • @kanye1204 so not true. my bird does that all the time to me even after her bath. thats a way of showing off her feathers to her loved ones and trying to get attention. cockatiels think that they are so beautiful so they show off to their masters. get ur facts straight. this man is so lucky that he has such a loving bird and his bird is so lucky that she has a wonderful owner

  • @aliXsin get a grip dear...no need to get al that emotional..she definitely wants a bath...and ur bird does that after a bath is cuz mayb she wanted tp play in the water sum more...i have eleven birds since i was a toddler...i shud know better

  • @BennyJennyJ1 haha maybe instead of playing with your ''eleven birds'' you should've been in school learning how to spell and form sentences correctly. and no ur wrong. my bird doesnt want to ''play in the water some more'' u idiot. she wanted attention. go play in traffic with ur eleven bird..either that or go get so education u hick

  • @aliXsin sheessh...not again...im so tired of lame people like u who wud go on about the spellings instead of making a real point on the issue...u actually think i am using short forms of words cuz i cant spell and make sentences???? boy are u dumb or wat??ever heard of the phrase, " the internet language" u moron? i guess not ...cuz u seem like just the usual over smart annoying bastard that's all....really a dim witted moronic shithead like u shud not b allowed to keep pets at all..

  • @aliXsin u hate ppl like me??? YOU'RE the one who messaged me in the first place going on about shit that didnt even involve u. so stfu and stop being a hypocrite cuz i hate ppl like YOU

  • @kanye1204 that cockateil is a boy and its pruning

  • @SUPERDEVILCHILD99 NOPE. Girl. Mine does same. And has been sexed.

  • scary i have a tiel' named zeus and he looks a lot like ur tiel' .! ^_^ too bad mine isn't as snuggly as yours :(

  • U SIR NEED TO SLEEP!!! xD cute little guy xD

  • cute!!!!

  • That is GORGEOUS!!!

  • lol my bird would do those motions when he and she would want to take a sprinkly shower

  • Yea mine too, or if you blow old air on him.

  • lol cute

  • What a sweet lovey! adorable!

  • my tilly used to do that! I miss him:(

  • My bird has only done that once or twice while sitting on my shoulder. So cute ^_^

  • It looks like a SHE as well, from the coloration.

  • My tiel does this when he gets a shower. They are great friends. Thanks!

  • Its every man's dream to be loved by a bird but I never envisaged it quite like this :)

  • no hes not cleaing himself. my bird does this when she is in front of the fan. cleaning looks completely dif.

  • LOL hugs!! awhhh ^_^_^_^

  • My male Slvester does this a lot. It is not masturbation. It is him feeling good and wanting to be preened. Sometimes he wants a shower sometimes not. He is just feeling all warm and fuzzy.

  • Love it, it's like she's trying to take a bath on your shoulder with no water hehehehe

  • Pretty bird. How did u teach her to love on u like that?

  • and yeah i agree with a lot of the other comments she is definitely preening herself she just cant balance very well on your shoulder. but keep up the good work looking after her she does look tame :)

  • tbh she doesn't rli seem that interested in you she looks like she wnts to do her own thing my young male (spike) always flies onto my shoulder and if i try to give him affection he does the same as Zeus e.g. turn away from me and ignore me. don't mean to bust your bubble but Zeus is just doing her own thing. also i have learned that cockatiels preen each other for affection. just lift her up to your head and she might preen your hair if she does then you will be getting her affection

  • the cockatiel looks itchy, like it has fleas or something. and zeus is rubbing it all over ur face.

  • Ur stupid and mean. Get a life.

  • No cockatiel would get this close, rubbing her head on his face, and curling in like that unless she thoroughly loves and trust her owner.

I have a cockatiel, and only special family members get this treatment. As far as preening goes, even wanting to preen this close is also a sign of trust/affection.

  • I thought the video was sweet. Whether the bird is liking the owner or just preening itself it was a really nice vid. I have a cockateil. They are great pets.

  • were u on crack when you done this vid?

    nice cockatiel btw

  • yup she is definitely in love with her owner.

    Great video thanks for sharing

    Love watching love birds :)

    *****

  • lol thats funny i have my cockatiel on my neck rite now and it also sleeps on my neck...

altho she likes to nibble on my hair :)

  • btw she is preening herself n not showing affection....i have cockatiels n wen i spray them with water when i give them a bath, they do the exact same thing. They spread their wings regardless of wat they are standing on so u can spray them all over...spraying your tiels is good during hot days, becuz its refreshin to them

  • I think you are wrong, she just had a bath spray before this was done. Anxiously await your answer.

  • are they loud? im getting one VERY soon

  • they are not loud only wen u leave the room or when they want attention, their like any other pet!

there more fun to watch then annoying because they whistle, dance, bob their heads, etc which is quite enjoyable!

  • exactly my point once you spray them with water, they wait a lil until their dry then they started to lick their feathers...you know how if you dont shower for a long time the next time u take a shower, water bounces off ur hair..they have oil in their saliva which acts the same way n protects their feathers thats y wen u spray them, at first the water looks like it bounces off

  • @stihlman37 i think ur wrong because she is probably just letting the water get to her feathers

  • @stihlman37 I have had my male gray for 10+ years and he does this when water is being sprayed on him, or when he is taking a shower with me and I lightly fling water at him with my hands. He loves it only on hot days. Not saying your bird is not being affectionate, but mine definitely does it only for the spray - he expresses affection in other ways.

  • @rajispringer408

Yo, let the man love his bird, shit dogg. Chill.

  • @khy03 I am not dogging the video. I was just stating something that I saw. Look at the comments and you will see I wasn't the only one saying the bird was preening itself. I dont get involved in online disputes so I will leave it as is. I was also giving some advice on when to spray your tiels. You need to comment on the rest of the people's post who said bird was preening itself and not showing affection.

  • @rajispringer408

Yo, let the man love his bird when the bird is preening, shit dogg. Chill.

  • rly nice one :) i have a bird like that one :D rly cute!!

  • This is so cute!

  • am i right in guessing this bird doesnt like anyone else.. and also gets upset when you show affection to others?

  • Only if she is on me, she is very friendly actually just doesn't like surprises lol she has lots of attention from visitors and she will go to them too, very very tame Love her lots. I hope this answers your Question imfaster

  • ...i think she wants you to mount her ._.

  • I think you are wrong. She is just affectionate and she Loves to cuddle, she will sit on my shoulder and fall asleep against my neck so you are really seeing nothing this just one of her Huggie moods I thought I would share. She is out of her cage most of the day she comes in and out as she desires. She will call me and when i acknowledge I see her she will fly straight to my shoulder, she has given me a couple of heart attacks lol Thanks for commenting

  • wow, such a loving bird. Never seen one do that.

How did she start to do that, or is it just a way they show affection? My bird gives kisses, but never hugs, not yet.

You can tell she really loves you--keep up the gentle sweet care for her.

  • She taught me Dalsh Thank you for your kind Words.

  • Hey Stihlman

Love your precious girl...thanks for sharing her with us...I can't stop smiling...;o)

  • Hi Len,

I am Sandie, Theresa's daughter, I just saw your video and it is so cute.

  • Thank you Sandie I appreciate your Kindness God(Great Spitit)Bless. You are a very lucky lady to have such a great Mom as Theresa :)

  • My gosh Zeus is so lovable & adorable. My neighbor has Cockatoo that wants to be cuddled all the time. One of my favorite (although sad) poems is "Why Does The Caged Bird Sing" by Maya Angelou. Thank you for sharing.

  • She wants to be sprayed with a water bottle. That's what they do when they want to take a bath. Very cute

  • HOW SWEET!!! What a happy bird.

  • What a sweet bird....She looks like she may have just had a bath? I would just delete the asshat comments on here...some people just are always looking to piss on someone else's tree....

    Enjoy your sweet bird!

  • Horses can be enslaved,

    Dogs can be regimented,

    Cats can be bribed,

But birds can only be befriended.

Kudos to you for being a high-vibrational soul. :)

  • so cuteee

  • Great Video....love the bond between you...nothing like living with a tiel

  • Thank you!!

  • She seems to really love you! :)

  • Thank you!

  • I think shes masturbating on you LOL when thet rub their tails. but its very cute... im about to get a cockatiel and i hope its THAT cuddely. did she do that when you first got her? how old was she?

  • No, that's not a cockatiel getting it's rox off. It's simply a bird that is in the mood for a bath and wants to be preened. When mine are in the mood for a bath, they fly into the bathroom, jump on the shower rod, and do the same thing until I get'em wet.

  • no its not it wants to mate the male get on top thats why shes doing that. dumbass

  • Hell I am getting tired of this I have had her for years she does this too cuddle. She has baths all the time showers to be correct. It is just pure affection thay is it! LOVE, PEACE, HONOUR, RESPECT
