Ironically a law designed to disarm the Australian people resulted in the creation of what can only be described as the Australian Underground Army. Whilst a lot of guns were handed in, many more were not, they are now hidden in the ground. It is a VERY tricky thing because it will be hard to tell good from bad, during chaos... The Guardsmen are trained to protect the population from bad things and restore order during chaos. The problem will be, when they don't realize it will be the big boys, in the gov't that will be the enemies, not the civilians.
