I love your videos and your hair is absolutely gorgeous

  • @Missfixitful co wash is doing a conditioner wash .

  • great video!!

  • You've always been my twistout hero!! lol. I did finally figure out how to do my twists properly and keep a twist set and twistout for over a week. I found a Shealoe recipe online that I mix up myself. Shea Butter, Oil, and Aloe Vera gel with any fragrance you like. It's become my staple and works not only on my hair, but skin and face. I do my 2 strand twist with the Shealoe and Eco Styler Gel and I'm sooooo happy with it. Thanks so much for keeping me enouraged on those twists!!!

  • I got the same comb from Big lots for 1.00

  • Your hair looks so beautiful!

I too like the scent of that DB winter spice product. I love the Db deep moisture conditioner. I cant wait to try the bee mine leave it product you mentioned.

    Thanks for the haul.

    PJD

  • I love you twist out. Mine always looks frizzy. I tried searching your video's to see your technique but cannot find them. Can you please do another tutorial on how you get that style.

  • Where did you purchase the cocoa butter?

Thanks for the information your hair looks great!

  • What products did you use to get the hair style you're rockin? Your hair looks so good!

  • Towards the end of the video I explain what I used and how I did it.

  • Your twistout rocks!!

  • It may be the products your using to do the twists. What are you using?

  • Goody Ouchless Shower Comb

  • I have the Conair version, $2.50 and I very happy with it!

  • Never saw that one, I'll have to check it out though, thanks!

  • ur twiat our looks sooo good!

  • Thank you

  • Great comb!! I've had this comb for about 5 months now and I haven't had any problems with it and it's perfect for detangling.

  • Hello-love your channel! anyways, i have a question:how do you get those amazing curls because i don't want to buy really expensive products online! pwb

  • I do twists outs to gt my hair like you see in this vid. I have a few videos up on how I do my twists and 1-2 that show how I untwists. I will send you a video that shows exactly what I do.

  • I love your hair hauls. Just one question, for a hair novice where do you start when trying to purchase the best product?

  • Knowing the type of hair you have helps. If you want products to help with curl definition you need to know how your hair is affected with certain product types. I would suggest finding people on YouTube with similiar textures and curl patterns and see what they use and use that as a starting point. Same goes for moisture and styling.

  • I purchased the Bee Min Curly Butter because of one of your previous reviews and I love love love it! Thanks!

  • Oh ok, I am so glad you like it! It has become a staple of mine!

  • Thanks for sharing. I became an afroveda fan because of u :) NOW I am going to have to take it on over to Bee Mine : ) Love the vids as usual. Keep them coming. Happy Holidays to you and your family

  • LOL cool, let me know how you like them. Merry Christmas!!

  • OooMG!!!! I never heard of the pantyhose test!!! As soon as you said that i paused the video and ran into the bathroom to do the pantyhose test on my detangling comb that i have had for 18 years (I used this when i was relaxed). At the top if the comb it has that seam and it snagged the stocking, so that lets me no unnessary hair is coming out so i will not be using that one anymore. Thanks for the review!

  • Glad I could help! Yeah I used to find little hairs stuck in the seams of the combs after detangling that were broken off or yanked out. I am good with this comb for now!

  • how does the bee mine products compare to the oyin products?

  • I have only used Oyins Juices & Berries & Frank Juice so as far as spritzes go I like the Bee Mine Spritz better. Can't say much about comparing any other products cause I haven't tried them. Sorry!

  • on a very tight budget what would be your "I need this" products?

  • Darcy's Botanicals Leave In, AfroVeda Shea Amla, Bee Mine Curly Butter

  • thk u for that But, u forgot shampoo & deep cond.

  • Bee Mine peppermint shampoo & darcy's botanicals deep conditioning mask. Sorry!

  • no problem, thank you for your answer.

  • argh, hate waiting a month for stuff. thanks for the updates. look forward to the reviews.

  • I used to have that comb & I really liked it. However, the comb broke when I was combing condish through my hair. I use the Asha's Pomade on my stepdaughter's hair & it's okay. I got it from a forum, though, so I don't know anything about her shipping.

    I love your hair---as always!!!

  • Thinking about buying a few more combs just to have them around in case I need it. The shipping from Asha's was crazy, they sent the shipping notice out 2 weeks after the order and then it took almost 2 more weeks for it to get to me because the shipping notice was sent before the item was shipped, 7 days before to be exact. Never again!

  • I had a comb like that before. Just be careful, because as the teeth binding(the part that the teeth are connected to) breaks or cracks, it will snag your hair. I had to throw mine away after that.

You are bringing out the PJ in me!

  • Yeah, like most plastic combs I'll have to get a new one after while but for $2 that is ok with me LOL

  • hair is too pretty

  • Hi there!

A few months ago ( i think) you mentioned "fairy knots". How can I get rid of those? Am I in need of a trim really bad lol :)

  • You have to cut the fairy knots off. The best thing is to stop them before they stop. You have to set the hair in styles that don't allow the hair to curl up on itself. wash n go styles are the culprit on tightly coiled hair. Setting the hair on rollers, braids twists, bantu knot etc...keep the ends from knotting so try any of those.

  • could you do a tut when you make your body butter?

  • Sure, I am no pro at it but I will do a vid when I make my new batch! It won't be for a good minute because I just made a batch 2 weeks ago.

  • Great haul!!! I can't wait for your review videos. I really want to try a couple of the Afroveda butters but I have limited funds right now. Maybe one day...:)

  • very informative... thank you! your hair looks amazing.

  • where did you get your com from?

  • I got it at CVS but you can get it from any drugstore and walmart as well.

  • whats the name of the company? sorry asking all these questions but I need a good comb! thoses beauty supply ones yanked my hair out hwen I had a relaxer too.

  • I do know how t spell :) I meant "not" and "how" LOL

  • YOur twist/twistouts are looking sooo amazing!!!

  • Do you like the Bee Mine moisturizing spritz better than Sweet Nature by Eddie's?

  • They both perform pretty much the same in my hair but I like the scent in the Bee Mine spritz a little more.

  • I'm glad you suggested the Bee Mine as an alternative to AfroVeda as I don't think I'll order from them again and I'm looking for all natural products (my daughter has the same scalp condition you mentioned. SD. Thanks

Do you have any inexpensive remedies for hard water that you mentioned in your other video?

  • THANKS AGAIN. I used the bee curly butter on a coil out as a quick style and it worked great.

  • Your hair looks great!!! Thank you for sharing with us!! :)

  • great hair!

  • Thank you!

  • I just love you hair honey, once i become fully natural I hope my texture is and nice as yours.

  • Aww thank you! I am sure your hair is just as beautiful, if not more!!! Are you gonna do videos?

  • Thank you!

Yes I am, I just a contest on weather I should cut my heat damaged hair off or keep growing it out. I got mixed reviews but I've decided to go ahead and cut two inches a month because the two textures are horrendous. I'm planning to start my videos tomorrow because that is when I'm getting the first two inches cut off.

  • ooh ok. I am going to subscribe to follow your journey!

  • THANX!=)

  • I too love and respect your reviews. I love Darcy Botanicals leave in conditioner. I'm waiting on my order from Afroveda. I really like your hair too.

  • LOL I don't know what her vision for the name was but there is no honey in the products. It is cute though!

    your reasearch

  • i have that same comb. i think i lost it somewhere in my house lol. but what i remember is that it worked great.
