@666ManDeath No it didn't. Very different experiences, both are very good but Halo caters to the casuals more. Metroid Prime is so very awesome tho, this titlescreen is in my opinion the coolest ever.

Wow this makes me remember when I first picked this game up. I had it in my hands and I thought it looked cool so I bought it, but I had no idea what it was about or what was in store for me. Now, three metroid prime games later I still cant believe how epic this series was.

This game was ment to be the hardest metroid prime. It was ment for a hardcore gamer if you read reviews. The person is always worrying about health and ammo levels and also the dark world / light world distinction. The game wasn't "cheezy". You just don't get it. End of story

When I first played this I was so scared of the dark world, I was afraid to enter another room because I didn't learn of the dark suit until I got a guide. This is the best theme, then 3 then 1.

Too bad Nintendo has gone to the dogs, Super Nintendo and n64 was one of the greatest console ever made, ever since i haven't bought a console just stick to PC, and right now i have them as emulators on my PC, even to this day i still play super metroid to do a speed run.

well I've played and beaten both and metroid prime 3:corruption is a better choice due to the gfact that its more real time based. And while metroid prime 2 :echoes is not. this all depends on what kind of game you want
