truthfully I have no idea how how flipnote works nor have i ever used it. However if you draw the animation this may bean you must draw the animation twice to be 3d. And in order for the 3d to work you have to know how the camera angle of your creation will look otherwise it wont look the same. Remember you also have to change the back ground as well to a different angle of viewing.

Some portable devices for wireless also dont support 3G or 4G. But, one can just go to Mcdonalds, starbucks, or any WiFi spot like a park or mall, and just play online for free.
